I thought just now.... why does Evans have this obsession with the lawyer (solicitor) credentials of Kim Silvio? Then it hit me. Ahhh! He thinks that he can get a sanction against her,... a former volunteer helper, who is also a retired lawyer (solicitor), ...by charging her with breaking attorney-client confidentiality. Wow!
If I'm the last person on this forum to figure that out, please excuse me for my slow wit.
The Attorney-Client Privilege
"The attorney-client privilege is a rule that protects the confidentiality of communications between lawyers and clients. Under the rule, attorneys may not divulge their clients' secrets, nor may others force them to. The purpose of the privilege is to encourage clients to openly share information with their lawyers and to let lawyers effectively represent their clients."

Yes, Simon. Until he is 80 and in every jurisdiction. Overlapping generations and worldwide. Procress servers and hostile witnesses. Fire and brimstone.
... " I'm sorry you can't go to college, kids. It's because of Kim Silvio."

Toblerone5, when I first read "Adriatic Climate documentary" I thought you were joking.
LoveUniHateExams, yes, he is slippery. He begins a thought, but then follows that " beginning" with implications, rather than finishing the thought with a definite conclusion. On late night TV, I see commercials for "iffy" products where they use wording similar to the way Evans uses it. The slippery wording circumvents " false advertising" laws by " implying" but never actually saying that the product will do such-and-such. (Or implying that it WON'T do such-and-such.)

Today I was watching Major Crimes, an American TV drama/ comedy,... Season 2, Episode 4, called “I, Witness”.
A part of the show’s dialog made me smile because it sounds so much like Evans.
Detective to other detective:
“You know what? The hell with it. I'm gonna arrest him now.
Suspect:
Okay, w-wait! Look. A friend was with me last night.
Detective:
I told you not to call anybody!
Suspect:
It wasn't just anybody! This is the most amazing woman in the world.
I've known her since we were kids. We've dated off and on since high school, and you can believe her when she says I didn't kill anyone because she is honest, dependable, and absolutely not a prostitute.
Detective:
"Not a prostitute. " What is her name?
Suspect:
Her name is "Shampagne. " With an "s." And she has a website.
Detective:
In the entire history of crime, there has never been a reliable alibi witness named Shampagne.

Toblerone5, Your post on the Urban Dictionary's definition of the Borg was very good. I think when you receive a downvote on a good post like that, someone's finger must have just accidentally hit the wrong button.

I was able to read NCC's post. My tablet let me enlarge the image well enough to read it. It wasn't a sharp focus, but it was readable.

From the manifesto by Evans that NCC posted:
Evans wrote:
"Yesterday when I took Jessica for her haircut so that she can start her first day at school tomorrow with a fresh style I did so using money that is the bank's - not mine - which would not have been the case if not for you."
Please notice that though Evans writes that he used 'the bank's money - not his own', to pay for his daughter's haircut, he does not state that he HAD to use the bank's money because he could not otherwise pay for her haircut. There could be an accountant somewhere looking at Evans' transactions,... scratching his head and thinking, "I wonder why he put that kiddie haircut on his bank credit card when he'd just gotten through pulling out a fistful of cash from the ATM." Oh! I get it! He had to do that [...use the bank's money] in order to imply he has financial hardship caused by KIM SILVIO. He says he used the bank's money to pay for the haircut "which would not have been the case if not for you." (referring to Kim Silvio).Yes, indeed, to keep up the charade of being Kim's victim, Evans had to pay for that haircut with a bank credit card*, rather than pulling out cash in bills or coins. [*Did Evans use a bank credit card? Or, did he actually go to the bank, talk to a loan officer, and arrange financing of "one child's haircut"?] He says, "I am now in debt because of the financial impact of your [Kim's] defamation,...". Can someone pinpoint the day (or days) of when Evans claims to have been in debt? Surely he plans to make public all of his financial information to the court. Surely he will be able to prove in court that he isn't unjustly blaming Kim Silvio publicly, online for causing a debt that he doesn't even have?
