“Seeing”, “dating”, “meeting”. What’s next? “Consulting”, “entertaining”, “encountering”? So, ... do I have this straight? He dates SWs, but doesn’t always take advantage of all the services they offer? And, sometimes he becomes friends with a non-SW, who he then converts into a SW? And, though he never sees their ID’s or asks their age (asking a woman over 20 her age is impolite!), he will swear on a Bible (Opps! What does an atheist swear on?) that every woman with whom he has consorted (“consorted”, I left that one out previously) is over 20? I hope I have this all straight now.

I don't think that Evans and Watchtower are consciously working together. Neither of them cares about the well-being of their followers,... or anyone else. Watchtower can point to Evans and say, "This can happen to you if you leave Watchtower." And Evans can point to Watchtower and say, "You waste your life if you stay in Watchtower." Each uses the other as a cautionary tale.
1 John 5:19 says, " We know that we are of God, and that the whole world is under the power of the evil one." Satan is happy with both Watchtower's false doctrines and Evans' raunchy lifestyle.

It’s only to be expected that the UK folks would have the inside track on all issues “Lloyd Evans”. Other than coming to Texas and having his picture taken in a cowboy hat, us USA people have no first-hand knowledge of him and have to hear about his background from his fellow countrymen.

This thread is going well. I’d missed it that Paul Grundy agreed with Evans. He hasn’t been vocal about that lately, has he? Maybe he has re-thought the issues?
I need a favor. Please excuse me for interrupting this thread with a request. I need a volunteer who can give me an English to German translation of a two-minute piece of video. So,... if he has any friends, they might consider doing an intervention where they try to stop him from reading our thread. I can only imagine the resistance Evans would put up against such an attempt. The “interventioning friends” would wish they’d worn protective gear. He might even open a new lawsuit just for them. Mental health issues... now he has them,... now he doesn’t have them,... now he has them again... and so forth.
