A time to recognize

it's my time to recognize the faults that i've made.

in my case, i was inattentive, uncaring, selfish, and aloof.

it has brought me to this time in my life the waking call of my errors.

Well... Caught her cheating once, and forgave her, caught it again, and still forgive her. However, I need time to lick my wounds. So I decided to move out and get my own apartment. I don't know how she feels about it. I want to keep my family together, you know? I guess I need to work on making her happy again. I believe in the sanctity of marriage, even if she doesn't. I might give myself 6 months to a year of separation. And just be there for her as a friend. But I'm going to be withdrawing myself for a little while, and keep some healthy space between us.

It's my time to recognize the faults that I've made. In my case, I was inattentive, uncaring, selfish, and aloof. It has brought me to this time in my life the waking call of my errors. Humbling myself isn't easy, my deficiencies have gotten the best of me. I've decided to be willing to change a grow. Experiencing the lost of someone you love really makes you think. It isn't about telling the person you've changed but showing them.

Growing up in the truth for me has always been fulfilling. Always had the love for it with all of my supporting friends, which still do. They'd all frown on me being here of course. Sometimes I need to feel free. With my pass lost, devastation has creeped in on me, support from friends doesn't feel like it's enough. I'm talking to my customers even. How pathetic am I? I'm on day 3 of whatever healing process I'm going through. I have a new apartment, and just trying to start the separation process. I don't know if I'm strong enough for this.

and petrified... i just recently became a pioneer and always had nagging questions in the back of my mind.

so, i decided that when i have get a study i would research all the questions as i go along so as to prove everything in the truth... i got 4 studies in about 2 months.

all was fine, until i reached i think chapter 6 in the bible teach book about the resurrection.

As for the blood issue...

This is always a touchy subject. Please forgive my interpretation.

Heres "my" example:

We out for dinner and by a hamburger. This hamburger still has blood in it. So, are we abstaining from blood by eating it?

Well,... the meat was properly drained to be eatable. But there always will be a trace of it in there.

So what are we obtaining from?

we're abstaining from the ceremonial part of it. The sanctity of life in which was giving, the proper respect we show in the ransom sacrifice that was provided.

Its how I understand it anyway.

Sorry this is 8 yrs to late:

Will there be a restored paradise on Earth? What the bible says on the matter...

In Matt 6:10- Jesus taught his followers to pray for the very means that God will use to restore righteous conditions earth wide.

Daniel 2:44- speaks about a kingdom that will stand to times in definite.

What life in Paradise on earth will be like, John 5:28,29 says the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out.

Acts 24:15 righteous or unrighteous will be resurrected. Yes you will see your loved ones again.

One of my favorites is found at Isaiah 35:5,6 when the eyes of blind ones will be open, and the ears of deaf ones will be unstopped, and of course the tongue of the speechless one that will cry out in gladness.

These are just a few basics in which I've looked up. Hope it helps.

I Hate the Sound of the Word Jehovah

listening to clips of the latest manipulative video from the watchtower i realised how much i detest that word - jehovah.. sometimes i have thought it would be interesting to observe a meeting or part of a convention.

every time i heard that word i would be unable to stay in my seat.. i have a visceral reaction every time i hear it.

it stands for so much that i have contempt for.

Until your attacked by demons, the WORD comes in pretty handy. I've been attacked several times, believe me it sucks. I find salvation in that word. The organization just needs to step it up with accuracy, and bounce some of their rules. The love they try to teach is a bit conditional to me.

Hmmm... I hate it when demons attack me in my sleep. Hating a religion is one thing, but hating a name is another. Jehovah is just the meaning of what HE is. The book says He causes to become. The word Jehovah is a translation of that. Like John the Baptist, people knew who he was based on what he did. A translation of that today could be something like John DiBaptist. An identifier of that person.
