I appreciate the pat on the back but please do not assume that I am in any way endorsing or backing any particular religious thought as being correct. What I speak of is the corruption and manipulation of others by all religion? Humanitarian philosophy, and the controlling efforts of religion who speak of similar philosophies is different. Religion tries to claim any philosophy that is good for humanity as theirs. The continually blow it when they mix in those humanitarian thoughts with those in which they add so as to try and control other peoples life.
I am in no way trying to do that. I have not and will not experience "the way" as stated in your context.

Here is the same concept that appeared in the Upanishad's specifically the Katha Upanishad's six hundred years before the bible turned the razors edge concept into a narrow path one.
"Arise! Awake! Approach the great and learn. Like the sharp edge of a razor is that path, so the wise say—hard to tread and difficult to cross."
Notice the opening "Awake!", makes ya wonder doesn't it.
Personally I would rather walk a narrow path than a razors edge. Of course looking back at the time the bible was written most men had beards so ripping off the thought of a razors edge wouldn't go over as well as a narrow path. Eastern men especially those of the oriental persuasion did not have much in the way of facial hair so they kept the little threads of hair on their face shaved off. It's amazing how one thought written 600 years before another thought can be claimed by the newest religion of the two.

I hate doing the cut and paste thing but to take you back to the "thought" you were trying to get across here is a little cut and paste just for you. You did not exactly say in those exact words that you were accountable to Jesus, sorry for not memorizing your exact words. What I was trying to say is that you sperate what you re told "not" to do by the leaders of your religion by playing your Jesus card. If you did not do that and did not try and side step the issue of posting here then what "exactly" did you try and say by this statement?

You go back to generalities based on individual interpretation every time you get stumped so it becomes apparent that you do not want to play outside of your own rules. Your existence on this board alone proves that.
In another thread as you were pinned down about your posting here and you said that your accountable to Jesus, giving the thought that you are not accountable to the JW rules for their people. Again you play dodge ball with words to make them fit you individual needs. In that way of thinking about Jesus being one and the JW's being another you make yourself no more reverent to the JW religion than I am. Like "You know", you claim to be a JW until that label disagrees with your actions, then you play your Jesus card.
Heres a thought you can ignore in regard to your last statement. It is a quote from the German philosopher Friedrich Nietzsche. I do not wish to offend my Christian friends on this board but
I am going to quote it as he said it. My reference is to the JW's in this thought:"The Christian resolve to find the world evil and ugly has made the world evil and ugly."
You can see the world as you like YoYo (or as the JW's tell you to see it), what you think you might see does not make it so.

Thank you for the addition and clarification of my point. I really enjoy when posters like YoYo and You Know come on to this board and search for those JW's who lurk here. It gives us swine a lot of help in digesting the pearls that have been cast upon us. If it wasn't for people like YoYo and You Know it might be a lot harder for those faithful JW's who come here to see the big picture and read things the governing body does not want them to read.
Thank you YoYo and You Know. We appreciate your help in the search for the truth about the truth and exposing the JW religion for what it is. Keep posting, we need you.
