  Please form a judicial committee...

  seeing that most of those on this forum love to judge others (although the complaint is that jws do the same thing), i am willing to go through a judicial committee.. if you see fit not to forgive, please disfellowship me and shun me.

  GoldDustWoman: Yes, I might still call him, but I can't at this time. I'm in my uncles office (it's in his house) and my aunt is with my little cousins in the house. This weekend, Im busy with my parents, so I'll try to give him a call on Monday.

  What most don't understand is that it is very hard for me to have some privacy in my own home. My parents are watching me every minute. The only chance I get to use the computer freely is at my uncle's house, since I babysit by baby cousin during the day. Alan keeps asking me to call, but he doesn't give a damn about the repercusions I can face if someone was to find out that I was speaking to him ON THE PHONE.

  My uncle has warned me about this. He asked me not to call anyone, because my aunt could walk into the house at any moment. Some have attacked my uncle unfairly. He is awesome, he knows that I am still visiting this forum although my dad forbade it. But he has told me that I must find my own path. Of course he hopes that it leads me back to the Witnesses, but still he is allowing me to make that call.

  AlanF: You stated why I will not call. You "have a few pointed questions in mind". What is that? You want to interrogate me? I will not talk on the phone with a grown man. My parents do not allow me to do this and if they were to find out, I could be in trouble. I have been warned too many times against sexual predators on the net that attract teenager like myself with their words. I don't care who you are or anyone else says you are. You could be a sexual predator. I certainly don't know that and will not risk it.

  Now, I have posted my real picture, I've said where I live (Euless, Texas), my real name is Stacey. If you want to know who I am, come down to the kingdom hall in Bedford, Texas (that's where we meet) and ask for Stacey, better yet ask for my dad.

  BOOK DONATION CAMPAIGN ANYBODY?

  i mentioned this topic on sleepy's thread but i'd like to have some input please from others on this board.

  what i want to know is this: there are so many books available on the net that have been written by other ex-jw's who have been there and know the truth about the borg (other than rf).

  what criteria do stores like barnes & noble and christian books stores use to stock particular book titles?

  I searched the Dallas Library for "Crisis of Conscience" and I found it. http://www.dallaslibrary.org

  The problem is that it says that it is on "route".

  I live in the suburbs about 35 miles from that library and have searched for the book in those libraries, but they don't have it.

  Could someone donate a book to the Euless, TX libary?
