Watchtower's Billion Dollars of Property Cannot Be Sold until Outcome of Conti Appeal

30 minutes ago i just got off the phone with some important players in this case, and some things were relayed to me concerning a lot of details of the outcome of the last two days of court.

i am passing this on.

cynthia hampton, one of the main players in the candace conti case (and a close friend of 28 years), just informed me of a further, far more powerful move by the state of california against the watch tower bible and tract society of new york, inc.. by order of the superior court of the state of california - county of alameda (see documents below), until the watch tower's appeal, which won't begin until august 13th and will take up to two years to settle due to due process of law, has forbidden the watch tower to sell any more of its $1 billion in assets in the borough of brooklyn until the appeals case is finished, to assure they won't shelter their monies in the light of this most huge and devastating sexual abuse scandal ever to hit the watch tower society, and perhaps any other single-victim lawsuit.

I kid you not...I am absolutely light-headed and even a bit dizzy over this.

All the hard, hard footwork it took to finally get HERE.

What a relief this truly is.

This is just the start of an absolutely stoked weekend, for me. I cannot even wait to see what more is in store. First THIS. And this weekend will be filled up solely with helping special needs kids have a fabtabulous day at the beach.

It's so confusing, tedious and redundant and I'll admit, irritating, to create so many threads on a topic that's already has/have a thread. What happens is, some threads don't get the vital input and/or documents that the other same-topic thread gets. And that info gets BURIED.

Does that make sense?

Suggestion: scan the first 3 ACTIVE TOPIC pages to see whether the topic you want to feature is already up and/ or is similar. Then add to IT. I know it can be daunting, but it's important, now. Information has GOT to stay relevant, pertinent and FRESH. Thusly, the public and media will be up-to-date and able to find their info simply and easily.

what the Congregation should do when a Pedofile/Murderer/Rapist moves in
Interesting that you name three of the worst and the ones that it wouldn't take a rocket science to figure out how to ALERT others.
A simple alert system should/ could be in place. Or how about a simple phone call alerting each ADULT member of the new CRIMINAL memer. Remember, you've named the worst three Rub. They aren't exactly there to read WT mags. They are predators, in nature. So you warn others. SIMPLE.
I'd post an alert on a bulletin board in my community. Post facts and you can't be sued.
With social networking and youtube, there just aren't anymore excuses not to alert others.

they haven't said anything about it as of the time of this post.. i decided to call the media department at this number (718) 560-5600. i identified myself as a researcher who also has some websites.

i was asked for the web address of my website.

You could have picked any local news outlet with a current reporter who has their number and email address easily posted that you can use. Say that you're an intern calling on behalf of this reporter and ask if they have a prepared statement to please send it to the reporter and state their email address and number. If they ask for your name, just make one up.
