  Yeah, I think there are two groups - the cynical manipulators and the blind, dumb followers. The latter are the "true believers", the leaders tell people to do one thing but their behavior says they obviously don't believe it themselves.

  Whether that is not wearing masks and social distancing at private gatherings while mandating it for others, or buying multi-million $ luxury beachfront-properties that they claim will be underwater in 10 years time.

  It's a clever trick to get the followers to go into battle on their behalf, similar to how the JWs will defend the WTS to the death.

  So the latest snafu, that even CNN appear to have picked up on, is that the Biden administration, who couldn't foresee the Taliban takeover of Kabul with 20 years notice somehow managed to identify the suicide bomb maker and drone-strike his house within 24 hours of the attack.

  One minute the intelligence is so piss-poor they can't see the bleedin' obvious as tens of thousands of armed militants advance, or realize what would happen if the withdraw troops and abandon an airbase prior to extracting civilians, and the next they can suddenly use telepathy to identify people at the drop of a hat?

  Or could they?

  Of course they just launched a drone strike against any house, it didn't matter which, simply to distract from the bad news for Biden. But it turned out to be a house with women and kids in and they blew a half-dozen toddlers to kingdom come, the youngest being a 2 year old girl, all so Biden could try to save face on TV and look like he's "doing something" and "in command".

  What an evil incompetent asswipe. Hope he falls head first down the steps of Airforce 1 and breaks his dumb racist corrupt neck live on TV.

  All drugs on the market have been thoroughly tested and are totally safe. That's why drugs are never withdrawn and there are never any warnings on the label or disclaimers on the adverts that it "may cause loss of scalp or penis".

  As for mandating vaccinations or banning unvaccinated people from places. Both of these are and should remain illegal unless there is definite risk such as people working with sick people who do not themselves have the option of being vaccinated for medical reasons.

  Trying to force people to be vaccinated will not make people want to be vaccinated, in fact the opposite would likely occur. I am vaccinated, but if the government was going to force me I would refuse and kill anyone who tried to make me.

  Part of this is due to lack of trust ("why are they trying to force me?") and part is due to realizing that it is a slippery slope when it comes to valuable freedoms.

  We are in this mess because of government lies. They don't get to now take away more freedoms to cover up their previous balls-ups.

  At a simple level - how are unvaccinated people putting vaccinated people at risk, if vaccines work so well?

  sometime within the last 2 weeks, someone took a sledgehammer to the pyramid monument in allegheny.

  they stole the topstone, smashed the cross and crown emblem and removed the seal.. personally i'm surprised it lasted this long untouched.
