  (under president knorr 1950) brother knorr invited me to join the writing department...when i told him it did not matter where i served he reproved me..saying when an added privilege is offered we should be eager to accept it...my attitude was due to my health which has always been a problem.

  knorr was older we were like brothers with the older brother knorr prone to expressing inpatients to my short comings.

  Not just that, he tells someone else about their personal business, and appears to imagine it makes him the "poor victim" as you said.

  I remember the first day back at school after the summer holidays.

  I'd walk up the street so slowly, like half "pioneer speed", so barely detectable movement.

  This is the same feeling I would have if I had to go back to the meetings, and I suspect what many of them are going through right now.

  I know about 10 on that list, and even some of those I wouldn't class as "artists".

  I remember once having a debate at work about who had more famous music artists - Canada or Manchester.

  Guess who won? (I admit, I'm biased, but I could name more that everyone had heard of, and this was with Canadians!). I'm still amazed that the Bee Gees are from Manchester, and not California.

  The claim: I have a whole legal team working on this!

  The reality: One part-time trainee who isn't there.

  Maybe his lawyer has a side-gig as a food delivery driver? Who knows, but I don't think anyone is facing any legal "dream team", although I think there is definitely some dreaming involved by someone!

  That is a great response.

  I think people should be suing Lloyd for his defamation against them from the things suggested in the letters he's sent out and his posts on social media. He has accused them of lying and bullying, surely defamatory?

  I think a sum of $3,000 USD per person should make things right.

  i may have put this in the wrong thread.

  if so, i'm sorry.. my conundrum is this.... i am almost completely certain that an awake back in the 80's/90's mentioned a group of rock bands we shouldn't listen to and i seem to remember them actually naming guns and roses.. i can't find anything now, and i'm wondering if it's the mandela effect, or if it's another case of the cdrom versions of the awakes being doctored again.. does anyone else remember this?

  I don't remember anything other than genres / types of music being mentioned in the magazines.

  But I do remember some list going round of music that was deemed unacceptable for various reasons, some seemed bizarre and many relied on "hidden meaning" to songs:

  I can see someone on the platform mentioning specific artists if there was a local segment, but I doubt the WTS would open themselves up to e sued by anyone, and they like to be vague on things.

  That would be very odd indeed, but how do we know that is his bank and not the lawyers?

  Why did he confide in Kim Silvio? What was he hoping to achieve?

  I don't think he really confided in anyone as such, my understanding is that he got caught and someone else (I presume his wife) told Kim. His admitting it to Kim was then an attempt at controlling her to prevent her from making it public or confirm it to anyone else. That's what I pieced together from statements by those involved.

  Of course given the nature of what he claims to advocate for, and the fact that he's taking money off people supposedly for this "work", people absolutely had a right to know.

  Can you imaging a CSA survivor finding out that someone they supported was potentially contributing to the sexual abuse of "girls" (the word he repeatedly used)? Anyone who is engaging the services of prostitutes anywhere it is illegal but especially in places know for major issues with sex-tourism and human trafficking has to know they could be seen to be contributing to abuse and lack all credibility if they claim they "care deeply" about victims. It's a massive conflict of interest.

  It was absolutely right to expose this hypocritical grifter instead of allowing him to continue taking money off people and bullying other advocates out of the space.
