Or, has this just boiled down to a defamation back-and-forth now? Even his so-called legal sabre-rattling letter seems dodgy at this point.
Is this going to end up a big wet fizzled out nothing burger?
I don't know how many pages back it was, but I predicted a kind of stalemate where there isn't enough solid evidence plus the lack of a known victim (as far as I'm aware) to justify launching some international investigation, or to put off all subscribers (jeez, what does it take?!), and that what would likely happen is he'd just try to carry on as though it hasn't happened, which appears to be his intent (a flurry of video release).
The sabre-rattling of the lawsuit threats seems like an attempt to try and silence people from criticizing him in future and to scrub the public record of what has gone one, I imagine so he could then remove his own statements and gaslight people that it didn't happen and he can resume trying to rebuild his money-making audience with people put-off from commenting on them to warn others about his behavior.
I'm not a lawyer, but I don't think there is any legal case here that anyone has to answer to, it's all frankly laughable and the more that comes out about it the more it all seems to be the product of a chancer who's made the mistake of believing his own narrative he's been telling everyone about what a victim he is.
Worth noting too, I think his plan is to deliberately conflate the two separate things - the allegations about grooming and the behavior he has admitted to publicly, and to have all of it removed and people make blanket statements that everything is false. I've only seen people report that the grooming accusations have been made, AFAIK the only person who has made actual accusations is supposedly some relative of his, which is who he should be going after if it is untrue as he claims. The rest, what he actually said himself, is there for everyone to see and his own admission makes his claim that they are lies kind of weak beyond belief (which any decent lawyer would have told him, but maybe he wasn't completely forthright with them about the full situation?). This IMO is why the threatening letters are so vague, and not itemizing anything specific.
So I don't think there will be any real definitive closure to this, it will just rumble on, with more people being threatened with being "added to the lawsuit".
But someone could get seriously hurt laughing at him so much.

I remember the first day back at school after the summer holidays.
I'd walk up the street so slowly, like half "pioneer speed", so barely detectable movement.
This is the same feeling I would have if I had to go back to the meetings, and I suspect what many of them are going through right now.

I know about 10 on that list, and even some of those I wouldn't class as "artists".
I remember once having a debate at work about who had more famous music artists - Canada or Manchester.
Guess who won? (I admit, I'm biased, but I could name more that everyone had heard of, and this was with Canadians!). I'm still amazed that the Bee Gees are from Manchester, and not California.

The reality: One part-time trainee who isn't there.
Maybe his lawyer has a side-gig as a food delivery driver? Who knows, but I don't think anyone is facing any legal "dream team", although I think there is definitely some dreaming involved by someone!

That is a great response.
I think people should be suing Lloyd for his defamation against them from the things suggested in the letters he's sent out and his posts on social media. He has accused them of lying and bullying, surely defamatory?
I think a sum of $3,000 USD per person should make things right.

Anyone else remember the Awake saying this?

if so, i'm sorry.. my conundrum is this.... i am almost completely certain that an awake back in the 80's/90's mentioned a group of rock bands we shouldn't listen to and i seem to remember them actually naming guns and roses.. i can't find anything now, and i'm wondering if it's the mandela effect, or if it's another case of the cdrom versions of the awakes being doctored again.. does anyone else remember this?
or am i crazy?

I don't remember anything other than genres / types of music being mentioned in the magazines.
But I do remember some list going round of music that was deemed unacceptable for various reasons, some seemed bizarre and many relied on "hidden meaning" to songs:

I can see someone on the platform mentioning specific artists if there was a local segment, but I doubt the WTS would open themselves up to e sued by anyone, and they like to be vague on things.
