i found a company and employed an elder as an underwriter and two ms as sales and marketing.

anyway, this elder will delegate his work to the ms in sales and marketing, so he can go home early.

he knew when he got started that this would be a 10 hour a day job with some saturday.

It's not that your business model is just wrong, you're a garbage employer. If 10 hour days are "the norm" then you can't plan for shit.
Hire more people to work realistic hours.
Are you a JW? If so, you're using your connection to the religion to hire people on the cheap and take advantage of the fact that some people think it's noble or whatever to "support their brothers".
The statistical chance that an elder and 2 MS's happened to be the best people to hire are low to zero.

Who among us hasn't dreamt of having complete mastery of their penis. Just thing of how useful an extra controllable appendage would be with DIY projects, woodworking, painting, cooking and other activities.
I'm starting to think mine is beyond hope. I've followed all the courses but I'm forever stuck on the level 1 basics of "aiming mostly for the bowl and how to stop dribbling". But at least it's not booked any trips to Thailand while I wasn't looking.
I've tried praying to Saintly Brandon for guidance to the path to true enlightenment.

Something Eerily Familiar about "The Village" Movie.

did anyone else feel like you especially identified with this movie as a witness/ex-witness?

Yeah, the ending is a real jolt and it's suspenseful along the way. You get this sense that things aren't right, everything isn't as it seems, but you don't quite know how.
It's a great movie in its own right but, like The Matrix, has that special "waking up to reality" quality that echoes the experience of leaving the WTS especially if you were brought up in it all your life.

It still boggles my mind that no-where in that reply does he think to offer a denial. Unreal! I'm pretty sure most people's reaction to an accusation like that would be "that's a lie", not to start lamenting the state of exJW activism. Then later in the video he jokes about it saying "whoopsie, I said 'girls' again ... I mean women, LOL!"
Thank god he hired that PR firm to rebuild his image. Apparently for just an extra $5 they'll paint your fence too.

I worked somewhere once where someone mentioned that the JWs couldn't work over Christmas due to their religious beliefs. Yeah, of all the religions ...
Someone obviously didn't want to work some shifts and didn't see any problem with lying to get what they wanted.
