  The sad things is that the people who do this then drag their own kids into the position they were in. Everyone ends up being there out of a sense of duty to everyone else. It's why I think the idea of being "PIMO" (Physically In, Mentally Out) is seriously flawed, misguided and unhealthy for all concerned.

  Leaving, being the ones to make the break and take that hit, is a gift to your children and possibly to your parents too ... because maybe they are only going because you are.

  First an accuser would have to prove that the statement or statements are "false statement(s)" before anything can be labeled as "criminal". This shuts down his case before it can even leave the ground. Nothing that I have seen that the M7 has posted is false. Can anyone provide any examples that can be construed as a false statement that any of the M7 has posted that Lloyd may be referring too here? Is there anything that the M7 has stated that could be considered a grey area in this regard?

  That's why he won't actually point to anything specific that he claims to be untrue - because he doesn't have anything he can point to! He's relying on innuendo and suggestions that there is something. But as Wendy's once advertised, "where's the beef?", way past the time to put up or shut up.

  It also torpedoes his own case, but again he's too stupid to see it, because the first thing a court would ask is "so they refused to remove their false statement?" and if the answer is that you never asked and never pointed to any false statement? Well, it can't have been that important to you can it?

  I think the combination of crappy country (oh noes, dd I just criminally insult the crap hole of Croatia?) combined with his ability to move back to the UK plus his "vague" system of earning money would make it difficult to ensure payment.

  Not that she wouldn't get a judgement that he should pay.

  When this case fails, he deserves all the shit he's going to get.

  I think I posted way, way back that he hasn't thought this through (but then it's not in his nature, he's completely reactionary). He's made a huge deal out of all this and if it them comes to nothing and he doesn't see his threats through, what does that say about the claims and accusations against him? Claims he said were totally untrue and easy for him to prove in court?

  Credible claims about a pattern of behavior, unchallenged.

  It's gonna be open-season on him. He just doesn't realize it yet.

  She would no doubt be awarded support but LE is definitely the kind of person to avoid paying it.

  You know he'd try to start a gofundme or equivalent to have other people pay for his kids ...

  Another reason for him to avoid the divorce altogether and it probably was the main reason why - he was about to get stuck with a good amount of child support/alimony for a housewife with two young children

  Also a reason for him not to pursue things in court. Think about it - he'd have to argue he's lost a lot, and the more he touts his loss of income the more income he'd owe in future potential alimony.

  He has zero forward thinking ability. His tall tales contradict claims he makes, sometimes within hours.

  the flaw in this simplistic reasoning ought to be obvious; a human body and a steam engine are two different things.. our bodies have evolved complex systems of control and feedback loops in order to maintain a steady interior environment, also known as homeostasis.

  Our youngest did Keto to kick-start his weight loss combined with regular visits to the gym, he's since bought himself a Spiderman suit because he now has the physique for it, LOL

  It's challenging though, you have to get used to a reduced range of foods.

  For me, the misinformation about food is an early example of "trust the science, but that isn't the science". The food pyramid and everything we were told about what foods were good and bad was a complete fabrication, just to push processed food, corn syrup etc ... Special interests, using the government to mandate and profit.

  Traditional food, fat, butter, taste, is what is healthier.

  Simon, when there is a divorce, a court will usually require that the husband pay child support and often alimony. In the case of divorce, the children and Dijana would be receiving money from the same source they now receive it.

  I think that is easier policed when someone has a more traditional defined role, where wages can be seen and deduced. Throw in "anonymous internet money" with "moved to a foreign country" and I think she may as well whistle dixie.

  The "science" people followed was utter bullshit, there was no science, it was all an opportunity.

  The countries that didn't lockdown (Sweden) have had the best outcomes without the increase in deaths caused by lockdowns themselves, and best not mention Africa where people pop Ivermectin to protect against Malaria. Covid vanished without vaccines and without masks.

  You're not an antivaxxer if you don't want to take something that is called a vaccine but doesn't act like any known vaccine ever.

  You're not anti-science if you follow the established science about face-masks prior to heavy handed government control.

  I admit this is all speculation on my part, but my gut tells me he has her so firmly wedged underneath his boot this was actually one of his better episodes.

  I believe she's part of the whole grift and is maybe fine as long as some of the $$$ comes her way. Maybe she even prefers he gets his jollies elsewhere rather than it being her job.

  From what I've seen, she's just as manipulative as he is, just in a different way. She's used people for "help" when she needed it, but it seemed like it was really for leverage to get a better deal (?), not to actually move on.

  Regardless, it's her life and he choice. If she choses to stay that's all on her. It's not the 1800's anymore, it's pretty easy for a woman to get a divorce and she is at home in her own country so wouldn't be stuck in a foreign land which could be more of a challenge.

  I have little sympathy for women who go back for more and believe the empty promises, they just seem lazy and afraid of the effort that actually moving on with your own life would take.
