Kim would probably know more about this on the legal side but is it possible that Lloyd can't claim it's fake because he could be sued for making such a claim (by his wife or those mentioned in the letter) or even by those who received it directly from Lloyd's wife who have confirmed is legitimacy?

If he ever actually steps into a court to make any actual claims of any substance (sorry Lloyd, but talking shit on Youtube may convince your feeble minded patreons but reality is a little more demanding) then anything he, or one of his minions, has posted here pretending not to be him will be made available should anyone need it.

Courts don't take too kindly to people lying, claiming something to be false when it isn't, claiming to be someone else when it's them. They have a habit of treating EVERYTHING they subsequently say to be the lying bullshit it really is. They have zero credibility as a reliable witness and are treated accordingly.

Hear that Lloyd? It's what was left of your credibility going down the drain.

(I'm joking of course, you didn't really have any left, I just said that for comic effect)

But as if any of that's ever going to really happen. The whole "litigation" for "the defamation" is just laughable. We're nearly at 18 months and it's all gone very, very quiet. No one served. Nothing actually happening. All theatrics and fake claims by Mr P. T. Barnum looking for more suckers to fleece.

At least anyone who donates to him based on his false statements will have cause to claim a refund.

Christmas Decorations at the Kingdom hall

i can't remember if i've told this story before .... but back in the day, in irlam congregation (northwest england, uk, cheshire #1 circuit i think) we used to rent a kingdom hall for many years before we eventually built our own.. preston hall.

ah, the memories .... it was primarily used as a community hall for old folks, but we had it friday night and sunday morning.. there was a loft and fold-out ladder and we used to store the chairs up their.

every meeting, there would be an assembly line of all the "lads" to pass the chairs down and set them up, then collect them up and pass them back up at the end of the meeting.

But that isn't the craziest part ...

Remember the "community hall for old folks" part? Well, of course those pagan old bastards did the whole "Christmas" thing.

That meant that around November time we'd walk into the hall one day and there would be Xmas decorations everywhere.

No, way more than you're picturing. Let me clarify: there was a huge fucking Christmas tree, with baubles, tinsel and a big star or angel on top ON THE PLATFORM.

We couldn't take anything down, so we just ignored it. Well, we pretended to ignore it. After a while you kind of just got used to it - everywhere just looked kind of "sparkly" and festive.

The best part? Well, there were two:

1. The face on visiting speakers when they walked in on a Sunday morning. They literally stopped in the foyer with a "WTF?!?!" expression. I'm pretty sure some probably muttered it. Looking back I wonder, did no one warn them? seems kind of bizarre to arrange someone to come and give a talk and not mention "oh, BTW, we should tell you ..."

2. Around mid-to-late Jan or Feb they took all the decorations down and the Christmas tree was no more. Then you'd see everyone else in the congregation enter the hall and give a very disappointed "aw ..." when they walked in because suddenly everything looked drab again. We'd gotten used to the Xmas decorations!!!

So that was Irlam congregation and our Christmas Decoration at the Kingdom Hall ... did anyone else have those or was it just us?

This is likely another gaslighting technique he uses against her. He has a two-year art degree and she as far as I know has only secondary school education. He also earned the money, which he also subtly mentioned, so she was and is essentially a JW wife to him. Stay home, prepare dinner, clean the house, take care of the children and STFU.

Q: What actual qualifications does Lloyd have, on anything? Because a community-college course with the word "art" in it ... isn't one!

Also, he doesn't earn money - he's a professional beggar.

He must be the only YouTuber that can't work YouTube - see his pathetic attempts during his live-stream, he has no technical skills so has to farm out any real work to others.

The only way certain people will trust that the Lloyd/Dijana correspondence is real is if Lloyd or Dijana come out and confirm it in some way.

I learned from that experience to trust Kim S. as a source.

Exactly. Kim has verified they are genuine. This doesn't mean Kim leaked them, it means Kim was sent them by Dijana at some point so is able to confirm their authenticity. It doesn't mean Kim had to be the only recipient of them so she is able to confirm they are genuine without being the leaker.

Simple logic.

And neither Lloyd or Dijana can accuse anyone of leaking anything without also confirming they are genuine. Which is why there is silence from them, and they have to resort to making anonymized attempts to claim they are fake and to spread doubt.

The messages have been confirmed. They are real. Anonymous accounts claiming they are not are either Lloyd or people associated with him (like his loyal little lap-dog Tibor).

If that source isn't posting anything that's false and has been given access to the letter by LE or Dijana then why not just come out and say who they are and how they got access to the letters. The only person who would hide is someone who's afraid of being sued for spreading lies.

You're suddenly also very keen to throw in claims that those are fake too, after we know the latest messages you also claim to be fake have been confirmed to be real? I'm not sure someone who "knew" they were fake would be quite so concerned about them - this convinces me more that they are likely real.

Yes, you can't definitively say they are, but they are certainly credible and would have to show some god-level prescience if invented.

Maybe one day Dijana will tell everyone, they would have had to come from her as far as I can tell. I could see him holding her silence over her as a threat, as being part of a coverup, but the reality is it's unlikely he'd be prosecuted for any crime without a victim and I doubt the police would bother to investigate given the time.

But there would really be no risk to her and if she wants to torpedo his reputation for good, that would do it.

Which is why I think ultimately they are a perfectly matched dysfunctional couple. She's there because she likes the lifestyle and $$$ ... because why, otherwise, would anyone tolerate that chump?

She did appear to be the source of the photos that Evans had taken with his "date" in Thailand. But without corroboration, it's a lot like those nasty texts purported to be between him and a teenaged girl. Damning, if true, but something that serious needs to be confirmed IMO.

Just as you can immediately match something with Lloyds typical modus operandi, this seems to be Dijana's M.O. which is why it seemed obviously legit even before it was confirmed and I think it would be very difficult for someone to write so much and get it so perfect as "Lloyd" (so Occam's Razor - it's real). It's why I also think the texts are also legit, because they match subsequent events and behaviours by both of them.

But not himself, right? He's the totally balanced and level-headed one?!

And of course why no one should be listening to him for advice - he's not a level-headed serious thinker.

It's like getting financial advice from someone bankrupt or deep in debt - why would you listen to someone who can't walk-the-walk and failed at the process themselves?

If you can't sort out your own shit, why do you think anyone should listen to your "advice"?

Wow. That letter sounds completely legit. It's full of Lloyds warped reasonings, twisted logic, linguistic tricks and complete gaslighting (him accusing her of gaslighting? the icing on top ...).

His "logic" for how something isn't really 'cheating', and turning her requests not to cheat in the car (i.e. shared spaces) into her "being unreasonable"? Incredible ...

But such utter failures as parents, the pair of them. I have no sympathy for women who spend their time with losers because of $ or laziness or both.

BTW: I just love that Lloyd spends so much of his time doom-scrolling, probably trying to read and police every comment or mention of himself. Enjoy your pathetic life Lloyd - the WTS still owns you, and now so do we! :)

I suspect a higher proportion than should be typical (from a random sampling of exJWs). Part of why these people like him is that he validates their own lack of morality. He's their poster-boy as he makes such behavior "acceptable" (in their heads, not in reality).

I judge everyone who continues to supports him after hearing about his history, and those who continue to support him without bothering to find out if there's any fire despite so much smoke.
