I've had similar conversations with my family.
My sister is especially closed minded and a typical exchange would go:
Me: The organistion has been wrong before.
Her: No they haven't what proof do you have!
Me: OK, if I show you the proof, will you read it?
Her: No, it wouldn't be spiritually upbuilding
Me: AAaarghhh !!!
Some people are just so closed minded and 'controlled' in their thinking that they cannot be aware of how they come across sometimes.
They cannot face even the thought that the society could be wrong about anything and so will not even consider information that will prove it.

Logic Problem Number 3
by Seven inthe following could be used to pass the time if one should ever find oneself stuck in an elevator[lift-to you simon] with friend[just kidding].. star chambers.
luckily, there are four star dressing rooms at the.
variety theatre, because this week's show has four big stars.

I was hoping I'd find the answer on the web but I've been searching for hours to no avail.
It maybe one of those trick questions that doesn't really have a solution... -

Can you start us off on something a little easier, I haven't done one of these for ages.
How about 2 rooms and 2 performers. Bill is in room A, what room is Fred in ? -

WHY does God fail to...
by Martini in...attain unanimous support from his creation of free moral agents?
from the majority at least.. apparently according to the wt interpretation of god's own book...a prominent spirit creature who made himself satan became unsatisfied and left god.later untold numbers would join the devil.. now the only solution for the future of these 'rebels' would be for god to destroy them.. then the very first human creatures apparently also felt unsatisfied and withdrew from god.they got destroyed.. later god had to confuse the language of all humans because they were unanimously opposed to god.
those people too are history.. then god had an ark built because all flesh had left god's way except for a handful of people.. evidently god was not expecting any great number to actually join noah, otherwise god would have had noah build several arks!

Hi Katchoo
I will check the Database to see if it's got lost somewhere. I haven't deleted it (honest). -

Hi Carmel
If you scroll down to the bottom of one of the forums (eg. 'Main') then there is an explanation of them there.
Basically, a purple folder means it's something new since you last visited and a flaming folder signifies a hot topic (over 20 replies)
Hope this helps -

he he...I hope you don't think I sound any thing like englishmen in films do ("I say old chap...", "jolly good show" etc...)
I'm from Manchester, mancunian through and through, so I probably sound more like Liam & Noel (Oasis). -

Everyone here is SO well read.
I like all the classic sci-fi stuff from H.G.Welles and Jules Verne pus modern(ish) stuff by Issac Asimov.
I do like the 'classic english novels' as well though like "The Woman In White" and "Pride & Prejudice" (but shhh...don't tell my wife because I always moan when 'period dramas' are on TV)
