  Wierd KH property arrangement

  my wife's congregation recently bought some land to build a new kh on it but then signed over the ownership to an offshore company controlled by the wtb&ts.

  they were told that it would make it harder to 'grab' when 'the persecution begins'.. has anyone else heard anything like this?.

  it sounds like a way of getting real-estate to me and from what i've heard, sounds a bit dodgy.

  for all of you who are thinking about da or df, my advice is don't do it.

  you are falling into a trap that the wt has set for any who disagree with them.

  wouldn't it be much more productive if everyone who left, held on to their status even if they didn't go to the hall and exposed some of the bull****t ?.

  Yes, it may be the best thing to do for some people. However, even for those, I would recommend waiting a bit before deciding to do it.
  It is very easy to 'want to do something' and sending a DA letter fills this need. However, it does give the WTB&Ts what it wants - an excuse to cut you off.
  I suggest holding off for a few months at least and then deciding what you want to do. It may be that you will feel differently and be glad if you haven't sent one.

  Maybe it's for the best that Manchester didn't get it. The world would have been treated to a display of local skills as 4 teenagers drove a stolen ford escort round the arena before putting it on bricks, pinching the wheels and setting it ablaze.

  Hey, don't get me wrong, I love where I live. If only it was hotter...like Hawaii, and had beaches...like Hawaii, and hoola-hoola girls in grass skirts...like Hawaii.
  I bet the Hawaii'ans (or however they're spelt) are jealous of our canals though.
