So you confirm, he was following correct procedure as per police policy.
He died from fentanyl.
Acquittal.
anyone following the derek chauvin trial?.
if you are actually following it, not just listening to the media, you will likely realize that there is a huge gap between what is going on in court and what is being reported in the media.. if the trial was fair, i think he should be acquitted.
there is plenty of reasonable doubt about the cause of death (his dealer doesn't want to testify because he could be guilty of 3rd degree murder for selling him a fatal amount of fentanyl) and even doubt over whether the officer even had his knee on the guys neck or did anything counter to what they were meant to do as per policy.. but is it fair?

41 well, as elizabeth heard the greeting of mary, the infant in her womb leaped, and elizabeth was filled with holy spirit 42 and loudly cried out: “blessed are you among women, and blessed is the fruitage of your womb!
43 so how is it that this privilege is mine, to have the mother of my lord come to me?
The good things like foodbanks, homeless shelters, hospitals, universities, orphanages etc did not exist before Jesus's church gave them to the world.
You talk as though the Church invented charity. There is no evidence of that.
There is evidence that they got fucking rich fleecing people with BS though and abused children in orphanages.
And universities? They acted more to hold back science and learning, not to further it.
Your god is a psycho loser invented by psycho losers, but don't worry, nearly all of them are.

Would you still hold to that an abortion should not be pursued if your daughter wanted one ?
Well going off the bible-rules, she'd have to marry him and then 'enjoy' the rest of her life being raped by her rapist owner.
Yeah, it's such a good moral book isn't it?! (not)
I don't class a morning-after pill as an abortion, it's more late-acting contraception.
The majority of abortions are not in this category.

Medical doctors have confirmed this was so, so did the chief of the police force to where this actual event took place
You do realize that at a trial you will always have two sets of people, one saying that black is white and the other swearing that white is black.
That's how the argumentative justice system works. The judge & jury's job is to assess who is likely telling the truth based on who's testimony fits the known facts.
That they have a paid "expert" willing to say something is immaterial and the chief of police likely doesn't want the finger pointing at him if they were following the procedures he set.
And thirdly, should breaking the law, being an addict or passing off fake notes (because you are an addict) be deserving of a death sentence?!
Ah, this classic cherry.
No one is ever saying that any particular crime, even just shop-lifting, is "deserving of a death sentence" just because someone ends up dying. A cop could chase someone and they die of a heart attack, it doesn't mean they were "executed for their crime".

The bible is a poor standard of morality? Well that answer is in the where or who were you taught from or by? The bible has lots of examples of morality. Both good and bad. Good teachers are essential.
Yes. Just because the bible contains some no-brainers doesn't make it inspired or negate all the crap that you conveniently gloss over. The bible allows slavery. Humans decided it was immoral. Therefore humans have better morals than 'god'.
People who haven't had any religious upbringing can know right and wrong. In fact, studies show that babies as young as a few months can make judgements on whether someone is mean or kind to others.
The hate and barbarism is taught and usually comes from the religious superstitious fantasy books.

Secondly, an addict usually knows his limits. He would be unlikely to swallow an amount he knew would be lethal - arrested or not (it’s not worth dying over) - and having three times the “lethal” dose for a NON user is not necessarily going to have the same effect on an addict. Habituation raises the level at which a drug will cause harm to a person.
You seem to imagine that illegal drugs are produced with as much care as legal drugs. If what you say were true we wouldn't see a huge spike in overdose deaths from fentanyl.
We're not dealing with a smart person here.
Here's another thought experiment:
You can either have someone kneel on your shoulder for a few minutes.
OR
You can be given a dose of fentanyl 3x over the lethal limit.
Which would you chose? Which one would be more likely to kill you?
The fentanyl is reasonable doubt that he wasn't killed by the cop but was killed by the dealer who should be charged with murder.
If George Floyd had complied with police and got in the car, he might still be alive today.
I think he'd likely still be dead. If not that afternoon, some other.
You don't win prizes making poor life choices.
so a few months ago i saw avatar (2009) from beginning to end for the first time.. if i'd seen this when i was ten, i'd probably have loved it.
i find the film entertaining but i do have issues with it.. the movie is beautiful to look at, and there's definitely some interesting concepts.. but star wars it ain't.. first issue, the na'vi: these are blue-skinned humanoids with tails.. my first question is: why do blue monkeys who live 5 light years away on an extrasolar moon have african accents?!.
i know what writer/director james cameron is doing in this film.
What is amazing about Avatar is that it's the highest grossing movie of all time and yet it's had almost zero influence on society - it never get's referenced, people don't dress up and go to conventions. Nothing.
It just seems weird when you compare it to other big grossing movies such as Marvel movies, Star Wars and so on.
Whatever happened to the other 5 movies they were planning to make?
does a child have the right to decide that he or she is not comfortable with their gender and so would want to change from being a boy to a girl and vice versa?
?.
What about children that want to be pony's, mermaids or whatever? Maybe they should wait to see if they still feel the same when they are 20+
But definitely the people encouraging them to damage their bodies should be sued and prosecuted for the harm they do.
It's all mostly a form of grooming.

For all those who imagine they saw video of a police officer kneeling on a mans neck. You may want to check what you think you saw, but without the media voiceover telling you that it's a white cop deliberately kneeling on a black mans neck to kill him. Try it with a voiceover telling you that the camera angle only makes it appear that he's kneeling on his neck when he isn't, and that there is a more accurate body-cam recording and other videos showing something different..
Like all the videos everyone thinks they saw of Trump calling neo-nazis "fine people" or suggesting people should be injected with bleach to cure corona-virus ...
You may imagine you saw it, but you really didn't.

I think this cop mishandled the situation, there should have been a moment when it was realized Floyd was not struggling, rolled him over and made an observation toward the next step.
I wonder how many times people claim they can't breath or feign passing out, only to then struggle when restraints are relaxed and try to abscond, grab someone's gun or whatever?
I think the cop was distracted by intervening vocal pedestrians and he wanted to show and prove that he was in control over the situation for himself but he went too far.
The interference of the crowd certainly didn't help. Maybe they should go on trial too?
Could this have happen if Floyd was a white guy ?
Cops kill more white people than black people. So yes, easily, and it wouldn't even make the news.
