Trump and his supporters have made things much worse than they used to be. Racists are emboldened and are more open in acts of racism (e.g., spraypainting swastikas, attacking Asians on the street, throwing around hateful slurs).
Sod off with your BS fake news
Nearly all the racist "nazi swastika" incidents that make the news later turn out to be done by black guys, same with the attacks on asians - those are predominantly being done by blacks but somehow "white supremacist bro".
Sad that some are still suffering from their TDS

I will give you an example of Andreas Lubitz a german pilot who purpose crashed the plane Germanwings Flight 9525. He messed up so bad that some airlines put in place new regulatory system and psychology assessment for pilots.
One pilot messed up, they recognized a problem and they put in place procedure to improve the system.
You still don't seem to understand what this topic is even about.
For this to make any sense and have any bearing on this topic, the airline would need to have a systemic problem with hiring psycho pilots who flew planes into mountains.
They don't. They simply took an extreme one-off event and added something to protect against it in future. This is how airline safety works over time to become safer. Same with motor vehicles. Learn as you go and build up rules for safety.
Now something airline related that does have a bearing on the topic is the US airline that declared they were going to make sure they had an equal number of black pilots.
What can that mean other than that they will recruit based on skin color? That one day, instead of the best pilot being given the job, a lesser-skilled black pilot will instead be given the job.
That's an example of systemic racism and bat shit crazy, because everyone in their right mind doesn't give a shit about the color of their pilot but should care about them being one of the best or not.
This is where "systemic racism" claims end up - with real systemic racism!
But then just like individual racism, there simply isn't enough of the real stuff to fill the news so much of it has to be invented and faked and the democrats rely on racism so much they can't risk it ever ending so have to keep it burning. They have always been good at burning things when it comes to black people.

as obvious as 2+2=4
erm, isn't "2+2=4" now evidence of "systemic racism"?
I kid you not, if you haven't seen it, that is an actual claim. Math is racist.

There is something called legacy admission which benefits students whose parent went to the same university. It also benefits students whose parents have donated a nice chunk of change $$$$ to the university.
There are those who get admission because they are great at Football but don't have necessarily the best academic grades
The US admissions system is pure bat-shit crazy and corrupt as hell. It's a ponzi scheme.
And yes, it's systemically racist even if it might also be money-grabbing as well. How does "oh, they are corrupt in other ways too!" alter the fact that they judge people based on their race?

That is a systemic problem when the police ...
If you take this as evidence of a "systemic problem" then each crime committed by individuals of any race is equally evidence of a "systemic problem", isn't it?
The fact is that individual acts do not act as evidence that any systemic problem exists, only that a particular person committed a crime.
Apply the same reasoning to other things: if I have a Toyota and it breaks down, does it mean that Toyotas are systemically problematic? Of course not - to determine that would need to look at the entirety of the cases, the system as a whole.
The clue is in the name - systemic, applying to the system.

What Will Happen If You Do NOT Get The Covid Vaccinations?
by minimus inwe are encouraged to all, if possible, get the vaccinations.
if you don’t, we are told that we definitely could get the virus.
fair enough.. but what happens if you decide you aren’t going to get the shots?
-
Simon
But what happens if you decide you aren’t going to get the shots?
Haven't you watched John Carpenter's "They Live!" movie?!
If you don't get the vaccine, you'll be able to see the alien overlords!
