it does not come up when using any combination of words that i know to be in the thread.

looking forward to the first episode of this new computer-game to tv-show adaptation that airs this sunday.. it has pedro pascal from got and the madalorian plus bella ramsey, also from got, who played the bad-ass lady mormont.. lots of it was filmed near us, some right round the corner (there's quite a few productions film around here, we get ice-cream near where they filmed scenes from interstellar).. this show is a post-apocalyptic zombie series and early reviews are that it's awesome, so i'm hoping for good things, especially since walking dead jumped the shark a few seasons ago and we gave up on it.. anyone else planning to watch?.

Pretty great first episode and the trailers for future episodes look action packed. Both the main characters were convincing in their roles and straight away you care about them, and are rooting for them - something that so many shows seem to miss or get wrong nowadays.

It's always weird seeing places on screen that you know - we've eaten several times in the old-fashioned looking diner that they run through near the beginning (with the red stools & booths). We spotted a few other places too, it's incredible the way they transform things and I guess the appeal of filming here is that the sparse population makes cordoning off an area for filming much easier and there is everything from big-city to small-town to mountains / forests and prairies, all within a few minutes drive.

I do not believe in the left/right paradigm, as it is yet another cult-like ideology that is designed to divide

It's a deliberately misleading framing, by those that push for big-government control.

The real political spectrum goes from those that want absolute government control of your life to those who want personal freedom. Big government to small government. Not left to right. The extreme left and the extreme right are the same thing, round the circle till they meet, away from the reasonable compromise of the center, where people want both government services and protection, but also personal freedoms and protection from the government in case they over-reach.

Governments always abuse their power and big government is invariable socialism which takes abuse to a whole other level. The media (socialist) like to portray the Nazis (the national SOCIALIST party) as right wing when they were very, very much left wing - fighting the communists (a competing faction) for control of who got to be the big government and kill the people that didn't support and kneel down to them.

Socialism killed hundreds of millions, and now it's promoted by opportunists, and the feeble-minded. His little poll may well have just been "Will you acknowledge my virtue signalling and give me points?". That's all he's doing. It's not to find opinions, it's for people to identify their allegiance to the ideology.

The far right as people mistakenly understand it is no threat to democracy or civilization, but socialist cancer definitely is eating away at everything and people need to be educated about it. Of course, that is why the first thing they do is seize control of the media.

Evans epitomizes the attitudes of resentment and retaliation that the likes of him would use to commit atrocities if they ever get their hands on the reigns of power, with the controls removed.

Not only that, he would also have to prove that actual damages were caused ... that weren't due to his own livestream.

No one else has any control over his patreons. If we did he'd have none whatsoever.

He probably wishes his patreons were devoid of their own free will to donate or not, but the vast majority of normal people find behavior like his repugnant, which is why he's haemorrhaged support.

He doesn't actually have a business that provides any real service. It's all based on soliciting donations and making content and it's easy to show he's not been doing that.

i.e. all the damage he's suffered has been self inflicted.

He should sue himself. He might finally be a success at something.

The sad things is that the people who do this then drag their own kids into the position they were in. Everyone ends up being there out of a sense of duty to everyone else. It's why I think the idea of being "PIMO" (Physically In, Mentally Out) is seriously flawed, misguided and unhealthy for all concerned.

Leaving, being the ones to make the break and take that hit, is a gift to your children and possibly to your parents too ... because maybe they are only going because you are.

First an accuser would have to prove that the statement or statements are "false statement(s)" before anything can be labeled as "criminal". This shuts down his case before it can even leave the ground. Nothing that I have seen that the M7 has posted is false. Can anyone provide any examples that can be construed as a false statement that any of the M7 has posted that Lloyd may be referring too here? Is there anything that the M7 has stated that could be considered a grey area in this regard?

That's why he won't actually point to anything specific that he claims to be untrue - because he doesn't have anything he can point to! He's relying on innuendo and suggestions that there is something. But as Wendy's once advertised, "where's the beef?", way past the time to put up or shut up.

It also torpedoes his own case, but again he's too stupid to see it, because the first thing a court would ask is "so they refused to remove their false statement?" and if the answer is that you never asked and never pointed to any false statement? Well, it can't have been that important to you can it?

I think the combination of crappy country (oh noes, dd I just criminally insult the crap hole of Croatia?) combined with his ability to move back to the UK plus his "vague" system of earning money would make it difficult to ensure payment.

Not that she wouldn't get a judgement that he should pay.

When this case fails, he deserves all the shit he's going to get.

I think I posted way, way back that he hasn't thought this through (but then it's not in his nature, he's completely reactionary). He's made a huge deal out of all this and if it them comes to nothing and he doesn't see his threats through, what does that say about the claims and accusations against him? Claims he said were totally untrue and easy for him to prove in court?

Credible claims about a pattern of behavior, unchallenged.

It's gonna be open-season on him. He just doesn't realize it yet.
