Yeah, right now nothing has really happened - Lloyd just continues to be Lloyd: stringing his patreons along that he'll produce more content any day now (but never does, he's always busy with "things"), claiming he's been defamed but always uses the Clinton technique of focusing on specific words as though it invalidates things, while missing the entire point of what has actually been claimed and so on.

He'll ride his three-legged "litigation" horse as long as the punters will keep betting on it.

My prediction is that he'll repeatedly let the clock run down in the court system before belatedly submitting some other document, the minimum amount necessary, to keep things alive so he can keep referring to it for as long as possible.

Anything but admit he's behaved badly and apologize for any of it - the one thing he's never ever done, still!

How would someone in Croatia, upon getting a criminal conviction for speech in Croatia, put a US citizen in prison or even collect on the judgement?

They wouldn't. US courts won't recognize or enforce Croatian orders as they don't live up to the same standard to have any reciprocal rights and agreements.

I know which country I'd be more concerned about having a court judgement in, and them being able to reach me. For starters, which country is more likely to be a travel destination that you'd then need to avoid?

I'm sure parts of Croatia are lovely and nowhere near as miserable looking as Lloyds new address, but there are nicer European countries to visit and not being able to visit the US would be far more inconvenient and impactful.

They have 3 F1 races a year for starters.

When I was doing my research before the biggest win for defamation was from a politician. I also found an article (link below) about the system is abused but 90-95% of cases are thrown out and the defendants typically win.

Apparently the law was designed to be abused by government officials, to allow them to silence bad press reports about them. It's a reason the US and other countries doesn't respect any judgements made in Croatia - they are not viewed as having sensible or typical laws when it comes to protecting speech (based on what I read about it all).

Nothing suggests the company has been wound up.

There is a change of address shown for 7.10.2023 (which shows the info on the page must be quite up-to-date). Q: why would you bother to change the address of a company if you were closing it down?

Q: if he closed down his company, Ipsilon Media, when where does the book revenue, merchandise sales, ad revenue and Patreon donations go? Didn't they go through the company? Did they ever go through the company? If not, what did the company do? Where do they go now - is it straight to him, and I wonder if he declares the income?

I know with things like Google Ads, you often can't just change payments to go from a company to a personal account, because they have their own financial reporting responsibilities.

Is it really even closed down at all, or was that just another tall tale trying to over-hype his losses and to try to make his lawsuit seem more legitimate?

If he believes people lied about him, and that cost him $$$, then why didn't he try to refute the lies? Why is the only consistent thing he's done been to not address or point to any alleged untruth? Even now, he can't actually point to any untruth, only refer to vague insinuations. Defamation relies on their being specific untruths, that people knew to be untruths - so 'cmon Lloydy-boy, what exactly are they?

Oh, wait - they just repeated things he'd admitted, and showed up exactly what kind of horrible person and abusive husband he was. So people decided to stop sending him free $ as a result, as is their choice - it's not like anyone was coerced or given false information to break any contract was it?

So sorry fuck-face, you can't sue people for people finding out who you are, and deciding not to donate as a result.

And numb-nuts has now told even the most blinkered of his followers exactly the kind of things he's been linked with, so they can now do their own research and realize what's been up to.

Lloyd ... never thinking more than one tweet ahead.

If you were to design a new religion?

what the jw sect has become and is slowly becoming is far more near what i thought could be a good religion based on the bible.. no more counting hours and no more blindly following direction now they admit they are not inspired.. i would like to design a new sect inside the jws.

it has to be kept secret because the elders would not like it.. this new sect involves giving a tick every month or so saying you are still kindof active talking about the bible.. going to meetings occasionally and attending on zoom sometimes.

very rarely go to ministry groups but don’t ever do first call, just say you are doing street work and have a nice walk somewhere maybe the shops or the park.

Wokeness is a mob, masquerading as "care and concern", but just a mob of often quite vicious and unpleasant people. People who are woke or happy to buy into the jingoism do it in no small part to use the dog-whistle accusations to set the mob onto people they don't like. I believe this is why Lloyd is "woke", and why it's pertinent to his behavior.

Being non-woke just means you aren't an obnoxious prick due to being woke. You can still be one for other reasons. A little like how not all democrats were KKK members, but all members of the KKK were democrats.
