  as an ex-jw.. for those of you who are wondering if there is life beyond the wtbts -.

  yes, there is.. a very fulfilling, exciting, satisfying life.. i am now a store manager candidate for a national pharmacy chain - will have my own store within 6 months - .

  my grandson is beautiful and both my children are in constant contact.. i will be getting married to a wonderful man in a few months - and.

  Locks of Love--Can you ever imagine JWs doing such a thing?

  today hundreds of people are volunteering their hair for an org that provides wigs to cancer pts.

  the today show in nyc had a few folks allow their long hair to be cut for donation and there are hundreds in another locale doing the same.

  there are even little kids doing it!.

  how do you do playdates?!

  leaving the org you face making new friends.

  i am having a little trouble trying to figure out how to make new friends for my kids.

  we've met some really nice moms and kids at the park, library, etc.

  Even here in California, we have indoor playgrounds available. You could schedule a party at one of them, doesn't have to be a birthday. Or we have ceramic shops where you can have groups of kids come in to paint for an hour or two and they fire the kids work in the kiln for pick up later.

  back when i was a boy in the 1950s many men wore hats and so did my father.. one evening at the kh he was called in to the backroom by the elders for a 'meeting after the meeting',.

  his crime?

  he had been seen raising his hat when greeting women!!!!.

  in today's new york daily news mohamed al fayed, the father of dodi, who died in that paris tunnel along with princes di, is quoted as saying the the "nazi" prince philip, prince charles' father ordered a british secret agent to kill the couple.. do you believe there is any truth to this, or is this a greiving father grasping at straws to reconcile his son's death?

  I wouldn't be surprised if he paid reporters to follow and hound her but not kill her.....I believe that to be an accident. But at this point, if he paid people to do anything, it'd be out in the open unless one of the reporters is now either dead or living on a private island with 70 virgins!

  Looks like Meredith and George have finally ''gotten together'' .....
  I felt sorry for Addison when she heard McDreamy say to the ex-best friend, "I haven't forgiven her but I don't even owe it to you to try."
