UPDATE ON DANSK
by Physio init's been a long time since i posted here but i often read your messages when ian (dansk) logs on.
as most of you will know, ian will be going back into hospital on monday for an allogeneic stem cell transplant and will be away from the forum for a good few weeks (hopefully he'll be back home within 4-6 weeks).
last time he was in hospital many of you sent messages to his ward and i know they cheered him up immensely.

Why I Came Back
by Badger init's been a long, long time since i've posted on any of the boards.
partially, i had gotten out and busy.
this board was indispensable and helped me leave the organization with a lot of confidence in what i was doing.. but, it's not all completely over.

UPDATE!: THEY ALL ADMITTED EGGING US -Elders now know, heads are rolling!!

i swear we could write a novel about our life exiting the watchtower!!
ok..many of you read what happened..our house was egged and so was my sisters car that was parked here, and "frosty" was attacked!!

You could easily file charges of a hate crime, it would be up to the DA if he wanted to prosecute. You would not have to retain a lawyer unless you wanted to sue in civil court. Who cares if the guys have to retain attorneys or even if the WT comes to their defense. These idiots would not be able to be used in the congregation ...... REPROACH has been brought upon Jehovah's name and they are the cause of it. You could file charges of vandalism as well. And the restraining order is a good idea, too. It will keep these guys 100 yards away from you, your car and your house. Very funny if you run into them shopping: they have to leave!! And as good as Seven's thoughts are, you know they'd never let you talk to a group about your reasons for leaving. They'd allow themselves into court first.

by Wild_Thing inin lieu of flowers, donations made to the world wide work of jehovah's witnesses would be appreciated by the family.. anybody ever seen a witness family do this before?
i saw it in an obit in a newspaper online and it made me sick!
most people ask for donations to non-profit organizations that help fight disease like cancer, etc.

Whats your worst household chore.........?
by vitty in......................mine has got to be the weekly grocery shop....................oh how i dread and hate it.
i used to think it was the ironing but id rather do a ton of ironing if i didnt have to shop.. its so boring, same food week in week out.................loading it onto the conveyer belt, packing it putting it in the car.........taking it out of the car...........putting it into cupboards then saying " what shall i cook for dinner?
" but by then i just can face the food.. so whats yours?, mowing the lawn and cleaning the car are included .

I have joined the RV world!
by free2beme ini have forever made fun of all those people in their rv's.
they never could enjoy camping, when they spent their whole time in an rv.
then a couple years ago, i went on a road trip with some friends and we road in their rv as we went there.
