  Are you DF'd? Share the weirdness, I'll start.....

  so i started a reply on the topic of "what's your status?

  " and it made me think about my df hearing (sorry i can't remember the exact term for what happened).. so i was fading, living in a different country, working & making rare appearances at my kingdom hall.

  i was flat sharing with a sister though.

  To make it short I went and told them off I mean you are false prophet type stuff. They said I needed to leave the room while they talked and I listened at the door once they said they were going to DF me I oppened the door and gave them a note that I DA'ed myself felt so great. You should have seen their faces as I was smilling while I did it. Sad thing is they called my wife to a meeting by certified letter even though she had nothing to do with my meeting. Well I then filed Restraining order against the elders. So let's just say I think I made an impression on them.

  Just yelled at my mom today

  sorry to post this but for some reason after a year of not talking i got drunk this morning(yeah i know no lecture) and called my mom and blew up.

  i tolded her she was a false prophet and a horriable christian mother who never even came to her grandson's birth by my wife.

  my words came out like a river of rage from which i never knew.

  Thanks everyone for all your thoughts. I guess I dont care about the relationship cause we dont have one and I have apent 17 years being a nice wholesome son thinking it would help but no it didn't. One of the reasons I was upset yesterday not mentioned above was she moved out of state with not so much as a phone call. My thoughts are on the lines of Moshe. They always get a free pass. A few years ago my wife was at my sisiters and she went on and on about cathlic this cathlic that. My wife is a cathlic. We just smiled becasue we didn't want to affend my sister. I feel that they have no problem being rude and obnoxious. The arrogance at least with my family is unreal my JW sisters have not visted our my grandma in 15 years(Real christians huh). So yes as Old Hippie said maybe this is not the smartess move but then as others have stated when you live in this closed society of the mind maybe just maybe this will jump start some thought. I know one thing foresure the nice approach wasn't WORKING.

  JW booth in Flea Market @ St. Augustine Florida

  my wife and i took the grand kids to a flea market in st. augustine, florida today 1/19.

  after sucking down some hot dogs on a bright sunny cold day, i came across a jw booth set up with the latest mags and books, offering free bible studies.

  i decided not to confront them, and spoil such a nice day, however, i will be forearmed with printed material if we go back again.. shalom.

  Sorry to post this but for some reason after a year of not talking I got drunk this morning(yeah I know no lecture) and called my mom and blew up. I tolded her she was a false prophet and a horriable christian mother who never even came to her grandson's birth by my wife. My words came out like a river of rage from which I never knew. In this my wife tried to calm me as I spoke but 17 years of anger flowed from me. I said we were lied to I was lied to mother we wer told "This generation will by no means pass away" and it didint happen. Then in rage spoke of them never being right in 130 years never not once. She said thats not true. My rage continued and asked tell me what ever have they said that happenned? No answer but that is not true. I yelled tell me telll me one thing that they ever said that acutally happenned..... The silence killled and she hung up the phone. My wife a non JW looked up and held my hand. I know you would think that I would be sad and yes I am but a part of my spirit is released. I said my peace I have closer. She is getting old and I felt in her mind I WAS THE ONE who left the truth and I told her in no uncertain terms SHE was a FALSE propthet and liar. A demon that has had my sole has gone my nightmare of silence over.

  Chase and Balaamsass Ditto. Not that I dont think there was an injustice but as was pointed out above this is rookie league lawyer wanta be stuff. If you are going to go up against a multi-billion dollar corp you better have at least 50-100K for lawyer fee's or it just aint going to happen. Conti had a great lawyer this guy sorry to say is well ah let's just say he is more suited for Judge Judy. Also I feel so sorry for these brothers I hope they wake up and realize the WT doesn't give a sh*& about them or their lives.

  Ok Jv this is where I call BS and have to ask why did they have to leave? Who "found himself and his family in great risk and placed in threatening situations" I have told off anyone who can listen, JW elders and all that they are false prophets. Please give them my name and please PM me anyone that is going to threaten you or other people. I just dont believe it. How about a CO name in Norther Cali and an address and phone number. I would love to be as you say placed in a threatening situation. I have money and lawyers and just so you know it aint going to happen to me. Who felt " one of the plaintiffs also felt personally threatened and had to leave the Bay area for a time due to fear for their safety" I live in the area and it would be vise versa believe me if I was in anyway approached or threatened by a weak uneducated JW or any JW lawyer. Again name names I would not let anyone threaten me or my family and I would never leave my home. It would have to be over my dead body.

  Iron I am corrected I pulled public record and what did I see a change of corp. and that guys name Brede. Now all this other stuff well I dont know but Brede did pull a change of corp. Now maybe just maybe ok Jdubs are pulling financial records. God I hope so I would love to sue!!!!!!!!!!

  Here are the facts on 4-18-11 a grant deed was filed by Ernest Brede & Luis Contreras it was a change of corporation of Menlo Park congo of JW's to the English Congregation of JW's, Menlo park CA inc. So yes their is something going on this in public record for anyone to check Doc# 2011-044636 San Mateo
