  what is it with this pair?

  why do they have to constantly have a bitch about guys like john cedars?

  a very recent video of them shows them calling him a 'village idiot' and making other disparaging claims.

  I wouldn't mind seeing the examples of where Cedars shoots people down who don't agree with him.

  Look up his posts on Reddit...awash with his replies to points that are fair but he can't take it.

  I've had many a post war with him. I made a comment that one of his more professional videos, one he released to various media outlets about child abuse, which was a good video, where I commented that for advertising, presentation and "first look" points it may have been better if he had at least tidied up his physical appearance.

  In the video his hair is a mess and he is unshaven.

  Nothing wrong with that, people can look how they want but I simply made the point that if you want to get taken seriously and want to present a professional outlook then appearance is important...advertising 101 if you will.

  You would have thought it was the most personal insult the guy has ever had...the replies back and forth we had were incredible...I was simply offering a point to help his videos get better coverage yet he could NOT take any point from anyone on whatever he does.

  His ego is huge...

  the crowd on the street (see photo) is now inside and the gallery is packed.. yesterday jehovah's witnesses presented a written legal argument - "objections to the administrative claim of the ministry of justice of the russian federation" - to the supreme court of russia which, in paragraph 254, argued that if the ministry for justice liquidates and bans the activities of jehovah's witnesses then this will force individual members to renounce or abandon their religion for fear of persecution.. download legal argument (russian).

  Oh right so Mark Sanderson from the GB can turn up in Russia to defend the WT but they can't go to Australia to defend themselves for their horrendous child abuse policies?

  Which is worse in their eyes? Being banned in a country or stopping the environment where systematic abuse of children occurs?

  The answer is obvious by their attendance!

  Activist fights...they all want to be popular and be the number one source for people leaving the JW's.

  It's been occurring for a while now...all their ego's are getting bigger and bigger and they care less about what they are actually doing.

  But Lloyd is certainly one of them, his ego is huge...I like some of his content...but the attitude of him...I'll pass...his book is just an example of this.

  I think a lot of activists who do not like Lloyd do so because he is athiest and offers an explanation why...in the case of Mike & Kim they are thiests and thus take massive umbridge from what Lloyd says.

  In the last 5 years all these guys have popped up and quite frankly they bore me...Paul Grundy's jwfacts.com is an excellent example of how to do it right.

  My wife has rushed to the meeting...all items in the Service Meeting have to end early..announcement being made about the letter writing campaign to Putin...Satan has been hooked by Jehoover ready for the Big A folks...hype train going full speed ahead.

  Of course, if the whole of the US and NATO and the western world fails to deter Putin I'm not sure what a few letters are going to do?

  Should I write one pretending to still be a dub and tell Putin how dare he ban us and Jehoover will punish him soon? :)

  Hi Richard,
  I don't think the government will do anything because they are Satan's agent as he wages war with propaganda against Jehovah and his servants.
  Jehovah and his earthly organisation will prevail because the truth is that the WT abhors child abuse and does everything in its power to stop it yet Satan is using this as a smear campaign against the witnesses.
  The government will do nothing because Jehovah will be vindicated in the way He runs his earthly organisation.

  Is that what you wan to hear? Now bog off you WT apologetic...

  The Danger of Settlements

  i was pondering the recent influx of lawsuits against wt, specifically in regards to the child abuse cases (ie.

  conti, fessler, lopez, etc).. in each of these, wt has settled for an "undisclosed" amount, assumed to be in the millions of dollars each.

  i know there are many many more cases, subject for a different thread i'm sure.. i was reading something completely unrelated a while back that mentioned the dangers of settlement agreements for a large corporation or business (not just wt).

  The things is...many of these cases mentioned...the victim has gone public, has done interviews, had press release and their story published for all to see and the the victims seem to be motivated, not by money, but by highlighting the dangers of WT policy and trying to foster change within the WT.

  Then the WT offers a settlement along with a NDA and boom the victim gets compensation but can't tell any details...the exact thing they were trying to do...to get change...just doesn't get done when you accept a settlement.

  The fact so many settle without any change is disheartening...ask a dub who Conti is and 99% won't know yet she is probably the most famous victim...

  Of course the victims are fully entitled to all they can get considering what they have suffered but I find it confusing to read about a victim and all what they want to do to the WT and alert many people to the dangers of WT child abuse policies and effect change only for them to take a settlement and disappear...case closed and no change to WT child abuse policies.
