Assembly Hall caretakers

does anyone know, do all of the society owned assembly halls in the us have bethelites assigned as caretakers or assembly hall overseers?.

I dont know if the man I met came from Bethel, but I met an Assembly Hall overseer back around 2010 in Upstate New York who lived on the property in a little house or maybe apartment with his wife. Elsewhere, I dunno.

so here is something else that helped me wake up -.

the elders manual - shepherd the flock of god contains a special caveat for elders who have committed adultery some time ago (not sure how many years, 'some time ago' is, but probably based on a complex formula of donations and # of assembly parts given.).

but basically, they can just get a talking to by 2 brothers and then they can keep on keeping on.

Yeah, it's about notoriety I agree, they care more about how it makes them look than the consequences of the 'sin,' that's why they hushed up so much child sex abuse under the 'don't being reproach on Jehovah's name' umbrella.

Do old time present day active JW`s genuinely believe in overlapping generations ?

for the life of me i can not come to terms with old timers in the "truth" who could swallow this interpretation of scripture about an overlapping generation .. when jesus spoke about "this generation" .

are their any real bible students among younger ones any more ?.

here are 3 bible scriptures that confirm a generation is approximately 40- 50 years long give or take a few years .. 1. matt:1 :17 abraham born 2016-18 bc jesus born 2 bc approx.

ok, so i played the game of putting on my jw apologetic cap for a moment, and thought of how a devout jw could rationalize this whole liquor buying situation.. they could say:.

"this actually proves that jehovah is guiding his organization!!

he was bringing this activity of tomo3 to light, and it would also prove to be a loyalty test for all jws, to see if they would be stumbled right out of the truth!".

Stanlivedeath, it isn't too good to be true. It could be so much worse, and given Tony's thing with tight pants I would expect a 'fake' video about him visiting a gay bar or getting caught with a prostitute, not buying expensive alcohol. It's out of left field.
