I don't think there will be a mass exodus, but there will be Witnesses who don't come back to the Kingdom Hall. Being a Jehovah's Witness from what I've seen is stressful and costs a lot emotionally, socially, sometimes financially. I wouldn't be surprised if people who want out will see this as their opportunity, whether they call it fading or not.

I'm with you there. I'm cool with kids expressing their gender (or sex rather) however they want. If a little biological boy wants to wear a dress, he's welcome to do that; I wouldn't and didn't, but power to him. But if he wants to get a sex change, well... he can wait until he's an adult, whose capable of making decisions like that which are better informed.

How old are we talking? A child is too young to make that decision as far as I'm concerned. An adult, yes.

Preaching
by menrov inthe wt always said that preaching is a must for all christians as it was 'demanded' by jesus.
in the latest announcements, it has become clear the rank and file are only allowed to preach if the wt leaders approve.
in other words, all jw's are providing obedience to their wt leaders instead of jesus.

menrov, I think you're 100% right. It shows what matters most to Jehovah's Witnesses: obedience to the Governing Body. They've preached when it was illegal, now they don't preach because well, the GB says not to.
