"Where I am an important administrator"
...said no important administrator ever.
so i noticed one of the members here came to my jwtalk website, where i am an important administrator, and tried to join my site.. i check in here every so often and i was able to deduce that person was an apostate fraud, likely bent on polluting my site.
i denied their request to join.. ha!
gotcha!

in retrospect, for lurkerking fence sitters.
, today's( may 30 ) study article.:.
a mother un lovingly, on "apostate" advice, does everything, right and wrong to keep her daughter from becoming a wt slave.
It's certainly clever, and a little nasty, to link apostate arguments to an abusive family member. The author knew what they were doing when they put that detail in.
are you sometimes dumbfounded at the direction the governing body takes?.
thousands of documents proving 607 bce is wrong, yet the gb sticks to the date, why?.
the generation that would not die, yet they continue by introducing an overlapping generation.. disfellowshipping at a time when everyone is leaving, not a good idea, yet they continue to disfellowship.. here is a video that addresses these questions.. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kbgeqhp9o9i.
It is career, 100%. They devote their lives to this, and you cannot get to the Governing Body without playing that part damn well. I refuse to believe it's all an act.

I agree with asp59. The Governing Body have spent too long in the organization to be faking all their devotion to Jehovah. They certainly know, and cannot avoid knowing, that they benefit from their supposed service to Jehovah, but that doesn't mean they aren't sincere in their belief. If they weren't, they probably would have left the organization or been disfellowshipped decades ago, long before they ever got a seat on the GB.
i really don’t know of many people who got into therapy because of their jw dealings but i would think that if someone remains depressed or severely affected by their past witness life, it’s not a bad idea to speak to someone to get you on the right path.
i think this site has been very therapeutic for many over the years..
You seem alright to me minimus :P

I agree with that rephrasing, hoser. JWs are under a lot of stress and are routinely shamed by the Governing Body and the elders more directly.

What's the point of counseling if you can't reveal quote unquote sins to the counselor? That's crazy, I agree with you minimus.
i’ve noticed a change in family attitude recently, like there is just something extra on their mind.
i even had to call my brother to check if he was dying and too scared to tell me.
anyway, i saw a video last night my saying jws think we only have 12 months left before armageddon so thought maybe this is the reason for changes attitude.
Lett sounds so fake. I couldn't stop laughing.

I knew a JW who met with a JW counselor. You can imagine how that went.
