Wow, a trip to LA.
Something most of us normies can't imagine being able to afford in our lifetime (those of us in Europe, or whatever 1000's of miles journey equivalent for elsewhere)
If only I knew I could have achieved it by making videos of myself whining on YouTube.
Never mind, on second thought... I'll skip the trip and just enjoy my normie life- no holidays. But.... a loving spouse, vibrant and engaging family life and seeing my kids off to school and into bed every day I can <3

There are definately therapists in Croatia. And if you absolutely have to go outside the country- Zoom and Skype exist.
Zoom therapy was the only therapy for a long time during Covid.
I actually started therapy in April 2020, and after 2 years I finished it. Within that entire time, it was all via telephone. I never saw my therapist face to face for 2 years. To this day I don't know what she looks like.

The link works because he hasn't removed the original links from when it WAS his account.
If I'm right, he won't be able to recover his old handle if he does come back. Which is beyond hilarious, he will have to go back into every video and edit all of the links out 😆😆

I'm guessing he will try and spin it that his specific salary, not the business income, was the thing that wasn't 6 figures.
But again, as we have discussed, people are allowed to use available information to come to reasonable conclusions.
The business figures, constant holidays, enjoying a wealthy lifestyle in a poor country, prostitutes, drugs, all of that indicates that he receives a hefty income.
As for defamation, it is not a crime to earn 6 figures. So even if it WAS a false statement, how is it defamatory...?

Even if somehow he managed to prove that he just bumped into a woman in the street and started dating her, and her profession happened to be sex work-
It is still reasonable for someone to conclude that he used her services, based on his previous confessions.
Let's imagine if the question is 'did tamalam buy groceries at Walmart?'
If you can show me saying I went to Walmart, had previously done so many times, spent X amount of time there, took money there, and left with groceries: It is reasonable to conclude I bought groceries there.
I could prove later (maybe via cctv) that I went inside and was handed groceries as a gift, or I was only retrieving groceries for someone else.
My proof does not make the original statement a defamatory lie. Because it was a reasonable conclusion made in good faith with the evidence available at the time. False, technically. But not defamatory. There has to be malice.

He needs to show hard evidence the sex worker he "dated" was in fact really dating.
No, none of that is necessary.
Simply the fact he admitted on camera he 'dated' a sex worker is more than enough proof that someone stating 'he engaged in sex work' is a reasonable conclusion.
Dating a sex worker is engaging in sex work. The argument isn't "in which hole did he put which parts of his body?"
Did he go to Thailand? Yes, admitted.
Did he meet sex worker(s)? Yes, admitted.
Did he use a sex workers services? Yes, admitted.
It is reasonable to conclude, and state as fact, that he engaged in sex work while in thailand.
Lloyd thinks he can be pedantic about where his penis went. But no, that isn't necessary.

One big glaring error he has not considered, which I hope the M7 have noted, is that he is arguing two things.
1: His Thailand trip was because of declining mental health and suicidal ideation, connected to his failing marriage also.
2: Kim and the rest of the M7 caused him mental health issues driving him to the brink of suicide with their so called 'defamation'.
They both cannot be true, since Kim did not blow the whistle till AFTER the Thailand trip- when he argues he was suicidal already.
If he provides medical information that shows he was only mentally unwell after the Thailand trip, then his claim that the M7 lied about the reasons for his trip, fail.
If he provides medical information that shows he was mentally unwell before Kim blew the whistle, then he can't argue the M7 caused it.
