I appreciate your views, and wish you all the best.
Interestingly, we both are happy—like those who reside in the basement of an apartment thinking that is the only place available, and those who stay in the upper floors.
after 1975, the vast majority remained as though nothing has happened.
but some left the organization.
however, there arose a third category who did not leave the organization, but brought a new view into their heart: jws are right in their core cause (gods kingdom as the solution to mankinds problems) but may or may not be right in their supplementary teachings, hence are not bothered about changes happening in this unimportant area..

You say “I see avoiding actual discussion is your style.”
It has nothing to do with “avoiding discussion;” the fact is that there is nothing to discuss. Because
1) Our experience from the time immemorial is that seed becomes tree that grows, remains for some time and dies only to appear again. This applies to everything—micro and macro. Hence this system is ripe to be renewed—something humans are not able to do but it is something only the Almighty can do (this is what Kingdom means). This is too obvious which requires no discussion or negotiation.
2) Second is who will inherit the Kingdom? There is no better quality than compassion (Mathew 9:13; 25:31-40) which everyone will agree to. For this too there is no discussion needed.
What one can do is to either accept or reject. If you accept, you are the primary beneficiary as this brings co-operation from everyone and from all corners—that means you benefit even if there is no Kingdom, no God …

Cofty,
You say: “But the "kingdom message" is nonsense.”
If you are a compassionate man, you WILL BE SAVED (Mathew 25:31-40) despite your belief that Kingdom message is nonsense--even belief in God is not a requirement.
Saved from the old world to a paradise earth.
It is not about how many will be annihilated. This decadent system has to be renewed, like tree that dies and comes again. For those who puts on Christ’s personality before the end, survival will be easy; for others how it will be we will have to see on the spot. God will not act unjustly.

I have already clarified this.
It is the Kingdom Message that makes one organization right, hence all those organization whose foundation is kingdom message are true, and all those who have kingdom qualities (in which ever nations they may be) will be saved. That comes to what you say: even if there is no JWs org, God's purpose will go forward "gathering all the worthy ones from all nations and from all four corners of the world."
Yes, you are right.

We can change only ourselves, not the organization. Let them behave the way they like and qualify to receive the appropriate response from Supreme Authorities—Jehovah and Jesus. We will be silent till Jesus does his work of “gathering the worthy ones from all nations and from all ends of the earth.” My dad was like me from 1975, and was an Elder till his death a decade ago. Like my dad there many people within the organization who do not allow their minds to be controlled by the organization.

You say: “The problem is the JW religion allows no such negotiation.” We know that very well, that is why we keep it in confidence. We prove that they have no control over our minds. Since all the worthy ones in “all nations” are going to be saved, there is no need to leave the JW org. I discussed here in this forum not because I needed validation or not because I am afraid to discuss with JWs. It is because to show that there is one more option. So far, people were either in or out. Third option is to accept the absolute truth of Kingdom Message & Kingdom qualities, and put in low profile all other teachings with all its attendant evils.

I agree with you. My reference to JWs is like using the word automobile. Here I used JWs as being right with regard to Kingdom message because this is a forum that discusses about JWs. Actually it is the Kingdom Message that makes one organization true, thus all organizations that look to God’s Kingdom as the solution to mankind’s problems are true. And interestingly, if they err in supplementary teachings, they do not become false as such teachings are like color coating to an automobile. What matters is that whether the automobile runs or not, not the color. Hence whether Kingdom is spiritual or not, established in 1914 or not, duration of generation, elder arrangement … all are insignificant. Does not 1 Thess 5:21 warn us against giving importance to supplementary teachings?

How sweet you penned these words (“I appreciate the information that you give about us about your relaxed attitude to the JW system.” Yet absolutely “my relaxed attitude to the JW system”—you caught my feeling with 100% accuracy.
We have no worry about their disciplinary action as everything is going on in our mind only. We read all the references with regard to Kingdom and Kingdom qualities with utmost care and interest, all other things in WT publications and in the scriptures we read just like we read daily newspapers.
