  if you like criminal minds check out season 13 episode 6, the bunker.

  of course it borrows from cults in general but some jw similarities as well, such as emotional propaganda videos, us vs them, telling new converts that they're going to be persecuted and told lies about the organization, end of the world fear etc.. here's an idea: if you're pimo, watch it with a jw relative and watch the discomfort ensue 😏.

  my in-laws are two such people.

  people who pioneered and did not work and try to save, instead they made just enough to get by and waited for the end to come.

  now my mil is in palliative care and the state is paying for her keep, my fil lives in a dilapidated home and can not keep it up.

  Good Example is my dad- He had cancer and was so convinced that the magical sky daddy and the new system would come and take care of it. If he would of aleast try to get some treatment early he could of lived a little longer. But he followed the advice of idiots.

  Since I was a good student, I studied things very well. I think they (elders, parents) got nervous when I started to ask some deep questions. And the response I got was wait on Gee-hober or your running ahead of the Org or who have you been talking to or what have you been reading. And all the conclusions come from Watchtower, which put as a whole makes no sense.

  what is the probability that a religious organisation is used for money laundering?

  for example, large amounts of money are raised by the organization as a donation and then legally introduced into the financial system.

  is there any chance that jw.org is used for this kind of purpose?

  Overrated

  I hate Watchtower! They con so much money out of grand parents ( durning the great depression) and their higher ups lived high on the hog with a custom home built in San Diego and two Cadillacs. While my grand parents had to scrape by empty promises. Then, they did the same thing with my parents. The can't pull that nonsense with me.
