  God vs ET`s ,why is one more probable than the other ?

  billions of people around the world beleive in a god of some sort or other who exerts some power or influence to some degree or other in lifes affairs .. i don`t think there would be anywhere near that figure that would entertain the possability of extra terrestial life elsewhere in the universe.. and i find that curious .. the ancients didn`t know that their were other humans on other continents on this planet until they ventured out and found them .. we live somewhere in the milky way galaxy with millions of suns and planets that orbit them.. our galaxy is only one of trillions if not zillions of galaxys in the known universe.. look at the diversity of life on just this one planet earth ,what possabilitys could exist elsewhere ?

  on alien worastronomers can use the hubble space telescope to view galaxies near the edge of the observable universe (the region of space from which light has had a chance to reach us within the last 13.77 billion years).

  by examining a very tiny portion of the sky, counting up the number of visible galaxies in the universe in that specific region, and then multiplying that number to account for all the regions of the sky, astronomers estimate the number of galaxies in the universe.

  are you sometimes dumbfounded at the direction the governing body takes?.

  thousands of documents proving 607 bce is wrong, yet the gb sticks to the date, why?.

  disfellowshipping never really bothered me.

  i always thought it was just another way of getting rid of members that weren't welcome anymore.. but i've changed my mind.

  Has anyone still in or otherwise heard anything about JWs think we only have 12 months before Armageddon?

  i’ve noticed a change in family attitude recently, like there is just something extra on their mind.

  i even had to call my brother to check if he was dying and too scared to tell me.

  anyway, i saw a video last night my saying jws think we only have 12 months left before armageddon so thought maybe this is the reason for changes attitude.

  Do You Know Of Anyone That Has Seen A Therapist Because Of Being A Witness?

  i really don’t know of many people who got into therapy because of their jw dealings but i would think that if someone remains depressed or severely affected by their past witness life, it’s not a bad idea to speak to someone to get you on the right path.

  i think this site has been very therapeutic for many over the years..

  Many of my mental disorders are from being raised in this cult. I'm better now with some of them but has token years of help to deal with a host of problems.

  the sunday speaker was one of those very smooth younger ones with the "look".

  store bought haircut and a very pretty wife ( the kind that makeup isn't needed, side point).. i tongue tied a comment to my wife about maybe he was a bethelite who was reassigned and said bethelout by mistake.

  Overrated

  Even when I was in I never was impressed by Bethelites. Saw how others would fall over themselves to kiss their azz not me. Most of them I ran into were self righteous asses. Way different attitude from how Jesus taught how a Christian to be. Life is sure better with out Jeehober Witnesses in the mix.

  Why see another cornball video about The Great Gee-hober, who does absolutely nothing at all and his not so wonderful organization that demands donations and service from it's members. Talk about putting lipstick on a pig. Just does not look good. Ridiculous!

  For one thing I support Blue before I would support black. We need police. Even though what happened to George floyd was not right. He was no prince. There is good cops and bad. Just need to weed out the bad. More training. Does not all lives matter not just one group?
