Zoom Social Event With a GB Member (Losche)
by Jofi_Wofo inin a recent turn of events, i found myself at a jw social gathering on zoom (supporting my pimi wife, while among mostly jws whom i don't know and a handful of old friends who don't know i'm inactive) that just so happened to also be joined by garrett losche and his wife.
sorry to disappoint but i had absolutely no interaction with him and have nothing interesting to report about it.
i'm just sharing this because i can't believe i even got that close to maybe chatting with him, despite being a closeted apostate.. there were about 300 people in the zoom meeting, all having been directly invited.

Do You Think White People Are Being Discriminated Against?
by minimus insome call it reverse discrimination.
whatever you want to refer to as, in your opinion, are white people being unfairly picked on?
it seems acceptable that if you are white you are viewed with disdain.

Are You Confident With Covid Vaccines and What Officials Say Is The Right Thing To Do?
by minimus inmost of my friends have gotten the vaccines and are quite confident that it’s just what the doctor ordered.
i’m not confident with dr. fauci.
i don’t like the fact that the makers of the vaccines are not held responsible if someone taking the vac develops an illness or even death.

I know for a fact that insulin kills more people than COVID. Maybe we should have an insulin vaccine!

Vaccine Passports: THIS Is Where It Leads
by Simon inthis is a good watch.. i agree with it 100% - the people pushing for everyone having to carry id are the ones that have shown over and over again that they can't be trusted with people's information.
the tech companies want it because they would be able to link online tracking and information logging with people's real-world activities.
the government wants it because they would have control over people and movement.. both should be chilling to anyone with half a brain.. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uggvgke0n8o.

A single example of public health being used for government villainy? You are kidding, right? Thats a sick joke? You cannot possibly be dense enough not to know the answer to that.

The mother f’ing nazi’s. The left wing german socialist democrats used that EXACT wording and that EXACT language to kill millions of people in the name of “health”. THEIR word, not mine.

Does the Earth (as a planet) deserve to be colonised by humans?
by fulltimestudent indo humans have the right to live on this planet?
we have, in much less than a century, managed to fill the earth with so much plastic waste that tiny fragments of plastic have been found on the highest mountains and the deepest ocean depths.
not satisfied with doing that, we stupidly continue to do it.

Well, some of us belong on the planet, others not so much

Rap Music That Debases Should Be “Cancelled “
by minimus ini find it interesting that we live in a cancel culture.
the influencers go after abraham lincoln, uncle ben , aunt jemima, the flag, the national anthem, people they perceive as not following their agenda.
in the midst of all of this, rap music and its dehumanizing culture are off limits to talk about.

You know min, your last post seems to have some really deep biases built into it. On the surface it reads as if you believe that:
1) all rap is violent speech. (Go listen to a will smith song).
2) only “woke” people listen to rap. I assure you 99% of people who are rap fans are anything but “woke”.
3) you seem to be implying that only negros listen to rap by saying “their people”. Every rapper knows to make it big they have to cross over to more than just blacks. Its a simple numbers game.
4) and that the “woke” crowd embraces rap. Nothing could be farther from the truth. The woke crowd hates rap because of its so called misogynistic mentality.
The simple truth of “woke” culture is that its white suburban women and other highly privileged “woc’s” who see a chance to virtue signal, and a very small number of soy boys who hope against all odds they can get laid if they play along.
The only reason this soft serve mentality has ANY traction is because on social media its easy to mistake whining bitchs for big dogs. Companies have this bizarre concept that every little yappy bitch on social media has influence and money to spend when the truth is the big dogs dont waste time on social media, Twitter especially. Slowly companies are coming around but for now its a fact of life.
Dont conflate Twitter mobs for real life.

The greatest rapper of all time wrote a song about that very thing. The end summarizes the argument, saying:
Man, I'm just as f**ked up as you woulda been
If you woulda been in my shoes, who woulda thought
Slim Shady would be somethin' that you woulda bought?
That woulda made you get a gun and shoot at a cop
I just said it, I ain't know if you'd do it or not@uni- lol why are you arguing with these clowns? They are the same generation whos parents told them the Beatles would make them sex fiends and they told their kids Kiss and twisted sister was devil worshipping music. People so lacking in perspective wont gain anything from rational discussion. Just laugh and turn it up.

the asterisk is a throw back to auto censoring software. On old forums one would have to delete a vowel here and there to get the “bad” words past the software that scanned for them.

I was super pissed that grammys did basically NOTHING to note the passing of Edward Lodewijk van Halen but gave a whole song to kenny rodgers. Dont get me wrong, i love the old gambler as much as anyone, but he did nothing to advance music or music culture. Eddie was an innovator who changed rock music, who advanced the culture of rock, whos music opened rock to huge swaths of people who had never before been exposed.
F***k the grammys
