Joey Jojo, let's take a look at Saturn in the VAT4596. Where is it located. It is located opposite the southern fish which means it is next to it.

Let me state where it isn't. It is NOT in front of the Swallow in -567. To be in FRONT of the SWALLOW it would need to be on the OTHER side of the Swallow. But the more correct observation is that it is opposite the southern fish as it is in 512 BC (-511). In -567 Saturn is behind the Swallow.

Obverse - line 2-. Saturn opposite the southern Fish of the Zodiac. On the morning of the 2nd, a rainbow formed an arc in the west. On the night of the 3rd, the moon 2 cubits in front of [ ... ].

Now if you want to mention how important Saturn's location is (which I agree), you must surely understand how important the location of Mercury is when it is doing a Retrograde under Mars in line 13 of the Obverse:

13. Mercury moved below Mars further to the east. Jupiter above Antares, Venus in the west opposite the Lion's tail [ ... ].

Notice Mercury is moving below Mars to the east (This is a retrograde motion). That is a very significant observation happening right at the beginning of the third month. Not later in the month, not a month later.

Scholar let me help you with that 70 years from Jeremiah.

They start in 530 BC. 530 - 70 = 460 (end of the 70 years and a Jubilee year is called at the 7th month of this year). There are then 490 (Daniels 70 weeks of years) from there to 31 AD when Jesus will be crucified and resurrected. There will be a jubilee called in this year also in the 7th month.

Now another thing you have to remember is that prior to the destruction there is 390 years of the Kings during the divided kingdom and then at the top of that is the reign of Solomon where he dedicated the temple in 950 BC (During the Jubilee).

But let's also remember, that during the destruction of the Temple, it was a Sabbath year or rather the going out of the Sabbath year. Who was in Temple service then? The first Course of the Priest. So for whatever year you come up with you have to make sure that year is aligned such that the First course is in service during the first week of the 5th month, and that it is sabbatical year. And that the Jubilee years fall into place as described. So you have a problem if you any where else but there.

The years here for the beginning of the Temple destruction and the death of Solomon are consistent with my analysis.

Also, remember, the course of the Priests have to line up such that the 8th course is serving during the day of Atonement when Zacharias is visited by Gabriel and for the first course for both destructions of the first and 2nd temples. You see this isn't just about the VAT4956. It is just another validation. The other times are all aligned together. When you do this you will even see that 1 Kings 6:1 is not 480 years from the beginning of the Exodus but from the end of the Exodus. This means the Exodus would have taken place in 1479 BC. Did a Pharaoh even die then? - yes - Thutmose II. He didn't have a son take the thrown for many years (likely because his first born died.). His mummy was retrieved and bares the wounds consistent with the boil plague.

The evidence I have is like I said far greater than VAT4956.

I looked at that site already Jeffro - previous to your mention of it. I disagree with its analysis but I love the work and effort they put into the presentation. Again, I have an advantage in that I have an alignment of the Chronologies, the Priestly courses, Sabbatical years and Jubilees to the VAT4956 in 512 = 37 year of Nebuchadnezzar. The evidence I have for 530 BC as the year of the destruction of the Temple is far greater than any evidence the VAT4956 can provide.

I don't care how celebrated a scholar is if they are simply wrong. I'm not a JW, and never have been one. I'm just a researcher and felt this information may be helpful for those that were previously a JW.

I just care about the Truth and want to make sure where I can that I take part in shining it ii n darkness.

Another thing to note for LBAT1420 is you can just look at item 3 entry for Obverse I (I,3):

Translation:

[Year 2. Month II.](after) 5' (months), omitted. Month VI was intercalary.

That is year -546 (547 BC)

You see the omitted is for the eclipse occurring 6 months later. But not for the first one (May 14th). That first occurrence IS observed otherwise it would have said omitted for that one also. Obviously there is 2 eclipses since they occur 6 lunar synodic cycles apart. It is that 2nd one that is omitted and not visible.

However, in year -602 (aka 603 BC, accepted by many for that year), they don't acknowledge they put month II as May 3rd and then calling it "prediction". That is their way of saying calculated or not observed. But that defers from the tablet. That is incorrect. That tablet makes it clear that the second one is the one omitted after 5 months and fits the event in -546.

Jeffro, I don't have time to go through all you posted so I looked at your first instance where you stated:

-0543 Mar 13 Not a partial eclipse as described in tablet

-543 Mar 13 was a FULL eclipse. The tablet doesn't state that it was partial. It says it was omitted. And that is the case. Because on that date in Babylon, they would not have been able to see that eclipse because it was centered on the other side of the globe:

Yes, JoJo, there are a lot interpretations that are just not precise just yet. Hopefully, with an understanding that the VAT4956 is in reference to year 512 BC, that cuneiform experts and Akkadian gurus or Assyriologists can investigate further with what is a known verified source. But I've got an advantage in that regard since I can validate the date through more means as stated prevously.

A lot Joey. To much to name really in the short time I have at the moment. Some key things are obviously the eclipse but something very often overlooked by other is that Retrograde of Mercury line 13 of the Obverse. Many don't realize that is what is being stated there. If you look at other interpretations such as those for 568 BC, you will see that often the explanations are wrong where they are describing something in FRONT of or BEHIND when the reality is that it is the opposite. I'm not sure if some people don't know the direction for that interpretation or not. I can say for sure that 512 BC is the 37th year of Nebuchadnezzar. Any portions of the Tablet that are not translated to what can be simulated in software for year 512 BC is either a scribe error, transcribing error, translation error, or software or algorithm error or intentional corruption of the tablet. Also, there is Tablet LBAT1420 which contains eclipses during the reign which also are aligned from 512 BC as the 37th year. This gives us another Tablet that confirms that year.

I had determined this prior to investigation of VAT4956. I had already found that the Jubilees, Sabbaticals, Courses of the Priests, and chronology attested to this. Therefore, I went directly to what I had as the 37th year of Nebuchadnezzar in my studies which was 512 BC. In my astronomy program however, it doesn't have a year zero, so I researched year 511 BC. And seen enough to know that it was a match to the Tablet VAT4956. I've never been a Jehovah Witness but heard they may be interested in this subject.

But I want to take you a bit further because I also study Jubilees. 530 - 70 (years of captivity) = 460 BC. That year was a Jubilee year. Now Daniel gives you 70 weeks of 7 years in his prophecy which is 490 years. Those 490 years = 10 Jubilees exactly. Count from 460 BC and you will see that 460 - 490 = 30 AD. But there is no year 0. This means that Jesus was crucified and resurrected in 31 AD and later that year was heralded a Jubilee. That was the fulfillment year of Daniels 70 weeks. But let's go even further. Why 31 AD? Because the 2nd Temple was destroyed in 70 AD. And the Crucifixion was the beginning of that destruction when the Veil was rent. The Jews didn't really use year 0 much on their chronologies. Therefore, 40 years would be from 31 AD (inclusive) to 70 AD (inclusive). This was a type. Because there is FAR more than what you see there that is showing you the 2nd Coming. Understand that there are only 120 Jubilees given to the dominion of man. So if the 70 weeks started with a Jubilee year (460 BC) then that means they ended going into a Jubilee year (31 AD). Now given that there are 120 Jubilees, you may be wondering what was the number of that Jubilee year? - Just look to Moses. How old was Moses when he began to lead the congregation of Israel? - 80 years old. Now he died at 120 years old not able to cross in the Promised land. This was all a type. This means that Jesus began leading His Congregation in the 80th Jubilee and will do so for a SPIRTUAL Generation of 40 Jubilees to the 120th Jubilee. But remember, that Moses didn't cross into the promised land. Joshua did. The promised land is a type of the time coming when our Lord comes to rule and Joshua was a type of that 2nd Coming of our Messiah. We know it will be in a year when the Jubilee will come. So if you been reading closely, you should now know when that is with just some simple math.
