  Cause of Mass Shootings Mental Health?

  i have been sad to see so many groups and individuals say that the cause of these events are the mental status of the shooters.

  i have looked over the backgrounds of these shooters, and few had medically identified mental health issues.

  it is too easy to think that people shoot or kill other people because they are mentally ill.. actually, many or most people with real mental illnesses are most likely to be the victims of others.. i have been a volunteer with the organization called nami (national alliance of mental lillness) for 25 years now.

  Not true at all.Anyone who shoots to kill just for the enjoyment of it is by definition mentally ill. Just because they were not diagnosed with something that has letters does not mean they are not mentally ill. Just because they do not get off on an insanity defense does not mean they are not mentally ill. Charlie Manson and Susan Atkins did not get off on being insane but they were most defiantly mentally ill. The Federal Government shut down funding for the asylums decades ago and the streets became full of the mentally ill. Ted Kennedy car has killed more people than my guns have. If a person wants to kill they can use a truck and run over large groups of people, Pressure cookers become bombs and gas becomes Molotov cocktails. We have a second amendment that does not grant but declares that the right to arms is by nature not granted by the gov. Another issue is diversity is not good. The most happy countries are places like Japan, and Switzerland where there is little diversity. The culture wars going on today in America and Britain are due to the letting in of cultures that do not assimilate to but instead work to convert the host country to their way of life. When I went to school the school had several shot guns and 22lrs that we all would shoot at the school forest and no one ever thought of shooting up the school. Times have changed and not for the better in most cases. But the left likes to think if they banned all guns we would all sit around roasting marshmallows and singing kumbya. England is a good example, they let in many Muslims and now they have no guns but are having a rash of knife attacks. So much they have blue boxes like goodwill drop boxes that say save a life drop your knife and in Londumb they don't sell kitchen knifes in many stores. This is where liberalism leads.   i was in full time service for six years including bethel.

  once i got out of bethel, i figured i had already given them six of the best years of my life (ages 18-24) working as a slave/drone in their factory, so i rationalized that i had given them enough... so over the next 27 years i would say maybe $200 bucks is it.

  i think their whole "voluntary contributions" idea is biting them in the ass, because over all jehovah's witnesses are a cheap group people with a few exceptions.

  I never did, In fact when I was a kid my Grandmother would give me 5 or 10 to drop in the box and I would walk up to the box and on the way pocket the money and pretend to drop it in.

  first of all, i'm not a conspiracy chaser.

  personally, i've related with mason borothers alot and confirmed that jw.org is no more related with freemason after russsel who was never a member of freemasonry.. one of my friends again raised the questioning link between jw and freemason with the above picture.

  WT Teaching That You Can't Leave Behind

  after posting on another thread it became apparent to me that it can be difficult for some ex jws to totally shake off all wt teaching , even after leaving the org.

  do you still feel guilty going into a church for a wedding or a funeral .

  can you bring yourself to celebrate birthdays or christmas .

  I can remember for years after leaving thinking I need to throw away apostate material because demons could attach to it bla bla bla. It took me about 10 years to fully get rid of the cult mind control. I now feel nothing for any kind of guilt or throw back to the cult.

  There is a ton more proof of evolution than creation. There is no evidence of creation. The flood story is fake made up. No global flood ever happened. The special circumstances it takes to create a fossil its no wonder that there is missing links. that is the nature of the way they come about. Not to mention that the way humans are built is not all the best for a god that is perfect. The eye alone is not well made if it was created by a god.
