BREAKFAST: 1 package of Quaker Simple Harvest Multigrain Hot Cereal-Maple Brown Sugar with Pecans..............add to this 1/2 cup Fiber One Cereal..........fresh tap water and nuke for 2 mins............mmmmmmmm!!!
I also love Grapenuts Cereal with raisins or craisins and lowfat milk
LUNCH: Chicken Caesar salad
DINNER: Fresh Salmon steak, grilled in olive oil with garlic/black pepper freshly grated over it, brussel sprouts

tula..........BINGO! my thought is this: IF there were any such minded in the audience that night, then hopefully they could do some soul searching on their own part...........i have to say that there were a couple who sounded very much inclined towards that sort of smug self satisfaction/fanaticism and I felt uncomfortable around them, and that is also what bothered my ex jw friend, she used the words "too close for comfort" and even though I've been out eight years, I too felt the same way...........anyways, it was a one shot deal and hopefully it did ALOT of good. I was proud of all of us cuz we pulled NO punches.

thank you, all, dear friends/brothers/sisters who have had the courage to leave a destructive, mentally controlling cult..........i will pass along the kudos from you all to my other friends who had major parts last night............"WE" stood together, in truth, speaking from our hearts, in the hopes, as we told them, that we could save as many as possible from ever having to go through what we went through..........ALL our stories are pretty heart rending.........and, as one ex said last night: "we all carry deep scars" no one here has NOT shed tears. ALL of US play our parts to help others to heal, to become better people. And, even though the night was originally supposed to be a "Meet Your Neighbor" (spiritually) the original two ex's who were invited were able to use it as a "Witness against the WTS Cult" They shared the spotlight with their other friends, for which i am deeply grateful, because it has provided yet another great healing for me and for countless others..........

Everyone came up after and thanked us, and shook our hands, hugged us, told us that we were welcome back anytime..........one of the ex's that is newly out emailed me later and told me she was emotionally exhausted and some of the stuff triggered her...........but, she was SO glad she went.

Everyone of us who spoke made sure that all in attendance realized the cult mentality and the cruelty that ALL who have the courage to leave are put through............YOU ALL were represented by us last night............and, yes, good old extemporaneous speaking........lol............we did ALL OF US proud!!! It was one of the highlights of my year, so far.
AND, we spoke on the pedophile issue and encouraged all to use the internet for any questions that we weren't able to answer~

There was even participation from parents of an ex who's kids are still captive............their grandchildren............i was sooo blown away at how much emotion came to the surface while I told those present how we are treated by former friends........as they walk past you totally ignoring you in a grocery store or other public place, and how the WTS views all the rest of the religions as so much bird food, while they tout themselves as God's special servants.............I was soooo high when I walked out of there afterwards...........score ONE for us horrible Apostates~~~~~ Question after question was asked and answered...........my soul is floating right now!!!!!
i never used to see much for interesting wildlife until i moved into my house 3 years ago.
i've seen some neat stuff.
there's lots of woodpeckers around here.
red squirrels, grey squirrels, ground squirrels, chipmunks ( rats with fashion tails, the lot of them)
