  When did Theology Last add something to Human Knowledge?

  to illustrate my question.... i am watching an episode of the australian tv program "q & a" on youtube.

  the panel includes the brilliant laurence krauss, gay bishop gene robinson, the woefully ignorant and bigoted rev fred nile and a few others.. the early questions put gene robinson under the spotlight and to be fair he comes across as a loving, compassionate, intelligent and - in his own words - "fabulous" person.

  by contrast the reverend nile is a caricature of everything that is dispicable and hateful about theism.. a self-righteous young man in the audience asks gene how he deals with the bible's condemnation of homosexuality.

  Cofty, maybe you can still get a subscription to the awake magazine, it claims to be eqivalent to a 4 year university degree and instead of Theology they offer new light or understanding, current events like avoiding the internet to masterbation, they even have a video on it, It has subliminal images to make its readers minds go in directions that are beyond the realm of thought. More importantly if you can convince them to use a two tissue paper that is soft so the reader can blow his nose or wipe their stinky, and save the trees. I have written to them about those ideas but they haven't given me any response

  i asked him what he thought about the "no bibles" situation.

  he said the literature servant told him that there will be a new bible released at the annual meetin.

  It would be something if to see how much money they rake in. Maybe you can get that with your spy gear where they are counting all that money and put it on youtube.   according to the november wt study article, there a study lesson about 7 shepherds, and 8 dukes.

  i began my proactive 'fade' a couple of years ago.

  it was due to multiple events: observing (once again) another botched judicial decision, researching the origins of wt beliefs and organizational history & reading the bible by itself.. when the kids were young, i made every effort to get them to the meetings, out in service, study with them, read the bible story book, watch the videos and have plenty of parties with other witness kids.

  being raised in the 'truth', i felt this was the best way to teach them right from wrong.

  2 days she dumped the info on her mom and Conti thing broke loose. Her mom threw up in the trash can! 2 weeks later her mom bee-lined it to our

  house. Then when her other kids left she dropped the 'sledgehammer', this is a "CULT" and with those words she saved my daughter...the 4 of us so far
