married man with 2 kids went on holiday on 26th December to Thailand on his own, after his wife refused to agree to an open relationship, and dated a prostitute.

ohhhhhh my mistake, I thought he was paying women for sex. This has so much better optics.

I’m sure Dijana felt SO much better that it was a date, and not a common or garden John.

Please give me some words to express the full and deep extent of my contempt and disgust, because I am struggling here.

The problem is the Gold kid has already indicated that he’s worried about how the interview will come across, saying things like ‘I tried to push him as hard’ ‘I tried to be fair to everyone’ ‘he apologised to his wife’. He has admitted that he knew nothing of all the scandals we have alerted him to, saying ‘I do 2 or 3 of these a week and I have very little time to research them all thoroughly’. He has given a little mini lecture on the uselessness of apologies, meaning lloyd doesn’t understand how his behaviour had impacted anyone else and has at best given a narcissists apology.

also the fact that lloyd thinks this will ‘help with peoples concerns’ means it’s a whitewash.

The Gold kid can move on to the next fascinating interview, having given a platform to one of the most bloviated self promoting immoral deluded deceitful avaricious fantasists of the ex Jw world. We are stuck with him crowing ‘I’m back’.

I can’t help thinking Lloyds troll interview tomorrow is going to be a frustrating listen, where he uses his smooth Mr Logical oratory skills to convince the Gold person of the Lloyd narrative, that he’s done nothing out of the ordinary, that there’s a huge community of damaged ex jws all out to get him etc etc. He will do some logical hurt indignant stuff, some gentle ‘you agree with me, right?’ humour, and some smooth damage limitation.

Meanwhile we will all be screaming at the YouTube ‘why didn’t you ask him about …’, and ‘that’s just not true’ and ‘aren’t you going to dig a bit deeper than that’.

We’re all going to feel like the wife of a narcissist at a party, whose husband is schmoozing everyone and all the other guests are telling us ‘oh your husband is lovely, nothing like what you said he was like. You’re probably just being over sensitive’.

This is why I blocked lloyd out of my life, and now he’s videoed his way back into my life and wound me up again! And I haven’t even seen the lousy looking video yet.

Interesting on many levels. First that anyone who points out what he has factually done and admitted to is a troll.
Second that Lloyd wont have any control over the comments on this video as its on someone elses Youtube channel.

Also Kim, I wanted to say Thank you VERY MUCH for following your morals and ethics and sharing what you found out about Lloyd. Many of us found that every time we disccussed something about him that we had experienced of found out we were shouted down loud and long. Many of us followed this pattern: Lloyd does something; we share it; we are shouted down; we share screenshots; we are told we are just jealous and haters; we give up and go quiet; 2 years pass; rinse and repeat.
I wonder if you felt like I did when I worked with Lloyd, that I had an underlying sense that he was lovely as long as I agreed with him. I always knew that our collabotation would end on the day that I voiced an opinion that differed to his. As we are both left leaning liberals, it was easy for me to avoid that time for several years. But I absolutely knew everything would be over if I had the temerity to disagreee with him on some minor point.
I think I had been drinking the night I posted that I thought Jonathan Saunders was a good guy. He was livid and bereated me and anyone else who thought the same (Lloyd had penned a 22 page letter to JSaunders demanding that he revoke WTS charitable status in the UK, which of course was nonsense. JS had no such authority to do so).

Hi Kim, this is Louise Goode (Katie Kitten) who used to do the original JW Podcast with Lloyd, Jaymes Payten and Stephanie (Apostate Chick). Jaymes suddenly left because he wanted to leave his wife and marry the woman at work he had been having an affair with, and there was some slender hope that his JW mum might attend the wedding if he managed to divest himself of all his activism. Neither I nor Jaymes wanted to bwquest the podcast to Lloyd, because we were both of the opinion it would become The Lloyd Show (it wasnt my podcast, I was just making my viewpoint known to Jaymes and he agreed with me). Jaymes wanted to leave it to me, but I felt I didnt have the time so we got Patricia Russell to take over the hosting editing and uploading.
So then it was Patricia, Lloyd and I for a while, until one Friday night i made an opinion known that contradicted Lloyds (that Jonathan Saunders from the Charities Commission in the UK was a good guy. Lloys didnt rate him). As the disagreement escalated over the weekend Lloyd demanded of Patricia that I apologise or he wouldnt record Sundays podcast.
We ended the podcast and took the wind out of his sails.
Theres more, but its so long and boring its perhaps for another time.
I wonder did you know of the Podcast? Did you know he took me down several times off YOutube when I went and did my own podcast? Did he ever mention these huge fallings out with other activists from the past?
