So this is the law that I think Lloyd is bringing criminal charges under.
However the charge has to be an offence in the country you are bringing the charges. Also it has to be proved as a charge, which I honestly don’t think it is.
Even if Lloyd could prove it I think it would fall foul of Article 28 ‘frivolous’.

I personally have no time for someone who is PIMO and still willing to serve as an elder. That is perpetuating the cult abuse on the congregation. You might think you are ‘one of the good ones’. Every single elder who has ever left has consoled themselves with that paper thin self delusional excuse. If you are an elder your sole job is to enforce the rules on others - dress, grooming, attendance, field service, inability to go to university or pursue a career, chastity, fidelity, monogamy, blood transition, abortion, etc
You might be a lovely elder who has let your own kids go to college to learn something that would half support them in the real world but the rest of the congregation don’t know you think it’s all shit. They are busy making sure they don’t do anything that triggers a judicial committee - that you will in all probability be on.
And you remain inside the system because you have things to lose that you are unwilling to lose. That people more courageous and honest than you are willing to be disfellowshiped for and lose everything.
You would rather keep whatever it is you are scared to lose and be an enforcer on everyone else.
PIMO elder, my arse. Cowardly concentration camp guard who wants to plead at the end ‘but I was nice and I didn’t really believe it’.

Hi it’s Alexander James and she was another victim of lloyd in the end. Like me she was posting stuff about him in the last iteration of whatever outrage he had manufactured, and she got jaded with the whole thing and gave up, and decided to bow out completely.
I doubt if I still have the screenshots of the website / domain name debacle. When I quit activism I deleted the whole folder of screenshots because I figured it was childish to keep them. Like finishing with an awful boyfriend and blocking him on everything but not removing his number from your phone - because deep down you know you’re not honestly done.
I was honestly done so I deleted everything and blocked lloyd everywhere that he hasnt already blocked me.

I have a massive beef with Mark O’Donnell and I was me that accidentally doxxed him several years ago when he was still hiding as John Redwood.
It was when Jaymes Payten gave me the podcast but Lloyd had the website domain. I kept asking for it to reunite it with the podcast of the same name and after nearly 2 years of asking Jaymes I realised Jaymes, Lloyd and Redwood were all lying to me. (Long story but Jaymes kept telling me he was in the process of getting it back from Lloyd, then nothing would happen, I work full time so I would forget for a few months then ask again).
in the end I was told Redwood had bought the website. I contacted him repeatedly and he denied it repeatedly. Then Alexandra Jaymes told me yes he does have it, he bought the domain name. He had been lying to me based on my poor IT knowledge and the fact that I was calling it a website and he could therefore deny it, knowing he had the domain name. AJ then sent me a screenshot of the ownership of the domain name. It was lots of print on one small shot, and I didn’t read it properly. I was so frustrated after being lied to by the three men for 2 years that I posted this screenshot on Facebook to prove I hadn’t been going mad. Turns out it had redwoods real name and address on it. He demanded I take it down. I said ‘oh now we both have something the other person wants. I’ve been asking you for the domain name to my podcast to be returned for 2 years and you want me to take this down. How about we do a swap?’
he refused.
I have never forgiven him for the deceit and barefaced lies he told to cover for lloyd and Jaymes lies. Why they couldn’t have just told me 2 years previously that they had no intention of ever giving me the website back to go with the podcast, I don’t know. It was just horrible to be treated so superciliously by 3 men who must have been laughing up their sleeves at me watching my increasing frustration and being constantly kicked into the long grass.
So, I don’t care if O’Donnell does loads of good stuff. Blah blah blah. He’s a lying slimy piece of obsequious lloyd loving poo as far as I’m concerned.

Simon is right, you can’t make people do their due diligence. I have been utterly amazed to see Lloyds Patreons go up to counter a lot of the downs. 2 days ago 571, today 573. Who ARE these people who newly give their money to a man who for the last 3 months has only made content justifying his use of prostitutes. The mind boggles.
Also it shows me that Lloyd could shoot someone in broad daylight on 5th avenue and people would still support him. I may have stolen that from somewhere.

Kim this is how he has won Every Single Time, in the past. He’s like a dog whose only talent is to bark longer and louder. He’s got endless energy for the fight.
I have always given up in the past because I work full time and I have a family. I have stuff to do, I have to look after my kids. He’s got a slave … I mean a wife … to do all that stuff, so all he has to do is sit at home being a keyboard warrior. Eventually he exhausts the enemy and it all calms down. Until the next time.
i think the most realistic hope of success is if his patrons drop to a point where he can’t carry on. It’s why I obsessively check the number each day.
If funding remains he will remain ans carry on in some form. In 5 years time we will all meet again here to discuss how the latest Lloydevian has outed him for something deplorable and how he is hectoring people about his meetings in the metaverse not a cult but a way to leave JWs, and that the only way to get properly free is to attend 3 of his meetings weekly. Members have to promote anti JW sentiment but they don’t yet have to turn a report in … although his latest video promises new light on reporting and monitoring systems.

You’re right Simon, I forgot that to apologise devalues other apologies. You have to keep them rare like platinum, or bitcoin so that people understand their true value. You can’t issue too many, because it will be like flooding the market with Inca gold. Nobody will take your apologies seriously.
on the other hand they can’t be so rare that people stop believing in them, like unicorns or yeti.
meanwhile, the rest of humanity know how to apologise just to oil the wheels of friendship and social groups.
