initially, i liked the studies and felt that i was growing closer to god.

however, as the studies progressed, they seemed to become increasingly negative and i did not like what i was being taught.

speed trap (1970).

i was driving back from a music gig in austin when i hit one of those sneaky highway speed traps.. back then the speed limit on the interstate was 55 mph.. well--suddenly for a quarter mile--it wasn't.. how do i know that?the patrolman who stopped me was kind enough to inform me...as he bid me follow him...to the local justice of the peace...to pay my $50 fine...or else i'd go to jail.. looking back on that episode in my life--i handled it with less wisdom than i now possess.for one thing, i was a bit insensitive.the justice was older than god's socks.

he may well have been animatronic (you know, like at disneyland).he was deafer than beethoven.. "your honor, there was no reduce speed sign posted along the hi---"he kept interrupting me to ask if i wanted to pay cash or personal check.my remedy was to talk louder.. "your honor, there was...etc".

Cops are shit heads a lot of times. They have quotas they are required to fill. You were part of that. They will lie and say they don't but they do and everyone knows it. The worst places are those who have no other income. Kansas is a shit state that has no use but to grow corn and wheat so the small shit hole towns will target out of state plates to make money. places like Florida who have a huge tourist income many PD are instructed not to hassle the out of state people as they bring in a lot of money. I just go an out of state parking ticket. I could ignore it and I doubt it would follow me. But I called the clerk and asked what they need for me to dispute this ticket. I looked up the statute and see one loop hole. I sent a dispute letter and this will at min make the fat bastards work for it. LOL. Cops are not the old good old boys who are everyones friends they want to portray. Most cops will look at everyone as a criminal who has not yet been caught. Never ever look at a cop as your buddy, this would be a stupid thing to do.

Codedlogic You jump from alleged to fact. You are being very very dishonest. Boarding on lying if not lying. Cohen alleged that the money was for partial repayment of hush money. What you refer to as "fact" is in fact not fact. You want so badly for Trump to be guilty you will believe anything a convicted felon says in a he said she said moment to get a lesser sentence to get from A to B. At the end of the day you have shit for evidence. Paying hush money to keep quiet an embarrassing thing from coming out is not breaking the law. The only way its breaking CF is if its done because he was trying to keep it quiet for his election. Only Trump has that information and he says it was to keep his family from knowing. Its not provable and at the end of the day its a huge nothing burger.

CL, even if Trump is guilty of what they are saying every politician is guilty of the same infraction. This does not rise even if true and still no evidence it is true to the level of high crimes and misdemeanors.
