As my post stated, I have been trying to wake them up for over 8 months now.So they have been coming back quite a bit .When they come back, they bring research that they have doe on topics by way of a reply to my statements at their last visit. So I know they are listening and changing /opening their minds to other info outside of the cult. Their demeanor during this period has been changing and they are becoming more open to conversing things with me now than before when I started. Whenever I notice a right time to mention stuff, I have done so but never with a view to 'teaching them,insisting and proving that I am right'. A person has to prove to themselves what they want to believe in.One can take a horse to the water, not make 'em drink it.

Giles Gray: I have not yet shared info as such to them. All I do to wake people up is throw a couple of statements at the appropriate places and let them come up with the info. Or "I heard/read this on the news/newspaper and I dunno what to make of it? " This leads them to think about it to reply to me or make any statement they want.
Based on their response and the vibe I get, I either pursue it or let it hang in the room, to be picked up later, at some other day. This is why it is slow but I believe in this and have seen it work for me.

Vanderhoven7: I have been naughty foreseeing what you say could happen. I have recorded our recent conversations on hot subjects.I normally record all my conversations, my calls etc .Its an app I use which come on automatically unless I switch it off. I do not like to do so but if push comes to shove they will also be in the same pickle with me. For me, as each day goes by I am getting farther and farther away from the Boe's mind (hopefully). I say this coz I have not had any calls, visits , texts etc from anyone (yet???).
Where I am at now. I am willing to go head -on with the jdumbs!

I cant elieve a few years before when I was PIMI I honestly thought to open a charitable old age homes for jdumbs only but I have no money behind me to do so! My only thought was to help my so called bro's and sis's! Boy was I cray-cray!

@ Giordano, thank you my friend for those encouraging words and your time in writing out that long response. Including these two it will make 15 who I have helped in makiing a decision of fading or getting out outright; and still counting.
It is hard work and challenging, not without tears if you are very close to them. No one in my congregation knows what I am doing .

@Chook, thanks for the pointer. That is definitely on the table but for desserts and a little later. As you can understand they are going through a lot of emotions at the moment and feel confused, lost,Their world s in turmoil and upside down. I do not want to drown them in the ttatt.I want to wake them up but at the same time keep them sane if you like.Overload might blow their fuse totally and I certainly do not want to be responsible fr that. Emotions are involved so I tread carefully n gently.
