When the JWborg properties are seized, the Morris family won't be allowed to live in that house anymore, and then you'll have to figure out his address all over again.

I've already had the opportunity to share the message with him that I had to tell him. If he chooses to respond in the future, he already has my contact information.

The God of Truth is trustworthy, and He expects His servants to be trustworthy as well. You can "doubt" all you want, ExBethelitenowPIMA, you are right that "it makes zero difference to anything" as regards Jehovah's Word coming true.

When you see Jehovah's Word coming true as regards the sudden and complete removal of the JWborg and all their properties soon, then you won't "doubt" my sincerity anymore, like that third chief of 50 didn't "doubt" anymore at 2 Kings 1:9-14.

No more judicial committee if maybe suicidal

the new direction in the new elders book is very clear.

absolutely no jd if there is a suspicion of suicidal thoughts.. this is obviously due to the high number of suicidal attempts after the announcement that someone is no longer a jw and the shunning that accompanied it.. so what will happen now going forward if situations arise where there would formerly have been a jd and they say there is suicidal thoughts?.

i can’t see it working, but elders stick rigidly to what it says in the book.

At least they had the opportunity to make a quick plan before losing their home.

The Bethels are going to be seized by the governments when JWborg least expects it. The Bethelites would be wise to get out now and find a place to go, even if it's just living with somebody in another congregation. It'll be hard to find a place at the last minute once the Bethels are seized. They should get out now.

What happened to the branch in Russia is going to happen to all the branches earthwide. The Bethelites shouldn't be worried about their "theocratic reputation" or their "name" as Bethelites. "Leave behind even your outer garment." It'll be easier if they get out now rather than during the figurative "wintertime" or on the figurative "Sabbath day" when nobody "religious-looking" will be able to get anywhere very easily.

The only way the shunning policy will go away is when the JWborg is gone. They will be gone as a religious institution very soon when the nations remove them, with Jehovah's permission.

Interesting you say you enjoy deep Bible discussions so much but you tend to avoid those threads on here.

I don't want to argue with you. I don't know why you are hiding behind a mask, but that's your business. I just don't like watching people getting lied to. I think sometimes they call people "trolls" when they hide who they are but they're selling some agenda. Trolls need love too. I hope you know that you being loved isn't dependent on whether or not you are viewed as "an ExBethel Elder" or a position or anything like that.

It's apparent to me that you're "selling" something about the organization - you think there is something redeemable about this "new clause" in the elder book thing you keep talking about. You'll throw in some comments that sound like what a JW would think an "apostate" would say or do, and then you'll turn around and defend the elder worship structure of the borg.

A lot of people on forums are not who they pretend to be, but it's easier to see through some than others. Basically, whenever you post, I just filter it and figure about half of what you say is the exact opposite of what you really think, a quarter is "fishing", and a quarter is advertising whatever it is you are "selling". I've known a lot of liars. Most of them were just scared about something.

Here's something that maybe you don't know: a high percentage of the people in this forum are some of the most honest people on earth. "Apostate" is probably the least accurate word you could use to describe them. They are looking for truth. If you come here and pretend to be something you're not, eventually you're going to be found out and whatever fake "platform" you're trying to build will fall.

The real truth about anything can stand on its own and doesn't need deceptive techniques to "sell" it.

If you were really "agnostic" or whatever about the GB/FDS, if you were really into "deep Bible study" then you would recognize that the entire business model structure of the organization from the top down is not scriptural and no amount of "tweaking" an elder book will fix it.

But you can carry on trying to sell that business model if it pleases you. Jesus is coming soon to cut those sales short, but you'll find that out soon enough.

Do you like Cake? I like this song. Even though it's called "How Do You Afford Your Rock'n Roll Lifestyle" in principle it reminds me of how the FDS/GB affords their lifestyle, and how the borg keeps "buying what they're selling"...

hi everyone i’m not pimi or pimo i’m pima.. i don’t think the gb have everything right but i’m sitting on the fence that maybe they do some things.. if the great trib starts i will jump that side of the fence.. this is a definite little sneaky advantage dodging but even by their own doctrine last min some could come in.. i suspect many are like me.. i spent years in bethel and am very disappointed and disillusioned by it all.. but at the end of the day i love the bible and think it is the word of god and i don’t see any other religion that comes as close to what jesus describes his true followers or who are fulfilling mat 24:14..
