  God is the chief subject of God's Word. His name is in there thousands of times. These people at the WTBT$ headquarters claim to represent Him, they call themselves "Jehovah's Witnesses" but they are liars. They don't represent Him. Their actions and teachings slander Him.

  Jehovah hates CSA. He hates the disfellowshipping doctrine. He hates all the false doctrines and misrepresentations by the WTBT$. He's warned them to change, but they've refused, so He's sending Jesus to destroy the WTBT$ along with all the other hypocritical religious institutions that keep hurting people while claiming to represent God. He has the right to destroy them. And when He does, you won't say "it's subjective and legally immaterial" because it will be clear He's the One having it done. The greatest evidence will be Jehovah God's own actions to have them destroyed as an institution. Then it will be clear they did not have His backing or approval, and that they were indeed guilty of covering up abuse, among other things.

  It seems to me that "Ex-JW" doesn't mean "opposite" of everything a JW is. You may be an ex-husband, but that doesn't make you an ex-man. (Well, maybe you're like one of the X-Men, I don't know, but you are still a man, right, is my point...)

  
  

  Quitting the Bible doesn't make someone an ex-JW. It makes them ex-Bible. What we have in common is that we were either kicked out or driven out or we fled out of the JWBorg. That's what makes us ex-JWs - having a common religious "ancestry". Whether we believe the Bible or not doesn't negate being an ex-JW, or the mutual respect we can show for one another. I enjoy the different viewpoints and life experiences shared here for the most part (although I don't like the mean troll ones) but that's part of the forum atmosphere. I do appreciate very much the freedom of speech permitted. I know it won't last, times are changing, but I appreciate it very much while we have it. And I do very much appreciate both of you, Stan Livedeath, and Kosonen, even though you're very different.☺️

  Video footage of alleged heinous sex acts was the source of debate as an ongoing criminal case involving a Sunshine Coast Jehovah’s Witness member is further delayed.

  The 62-year-old Mooloolaba man, who cannot be identified for legal reasons, faces 55 charges including 21 counts of rape, 14 of procuring sexual acts by false pretences, torture and common assault.

  His matter was listed for a directions hearing in the Maroochydore Magistrates Court on Monday, August 14, but he did not appear in person.
  Three people, including the man’s former lawyer Adrian Hawkes, sat in the public gallery while it was announced lawyer Andrew Hoare had taken over the case.
  Mr Hoare told the court he had asked for a USB, containing 10 hours’ worth of footage allegedly showing the sexual assaults, from police prosecutor Jeanette Grigoris.
  His intention was to watch the footage and then cross examine the five alleged victims.
  Mr Hoare said the USB could be sent to the office of the Brisbane Director of Public Prosecutions where he could watch the footage, or it could be disclosed to the defence.

  It will be alleged the man utilised his position of religious standing within the Jehovah Witness community to sexually assault young men between 2008 and 2018.

  On August 28 police executed a search warrant at a Mooloolaba address and took a 61-year-old man into custody.

  @Fisherman, I did not go off on a tangent. This is both a Biblical and a legal topic. The men hiding abuse in the organization claim to have God's backing. The scriptures show that they do not have God's backing.

  
  

  Maybe some of those Bethel spies who read this thread will wake up and get out of there before that day of vengeance so soon when the Watchtower is torn down. Maybe some of the elders reading this thread will wake up and go to the authorities now with the knowledge they have instead of hiding it and waiting for the law to come for them like it did for those elders in Illinois and now in Pennsylvania.
