They say incorrectly that Jesus was enthroned in 1914 and that around that time Babylon fell figuratively and that the WTBT$ was selected out of all Christendom to represent God and that the BOEs are in Jesus' hand and their judicial committees are like an extension of Christ.

Jesus wasn't enthroned in in 1914. Babylon didn't fall yet. When it does everybody will know because the religious institutions will be dissolved. That will be evidence that Jesus is finally enthroned as King in Heaven and that he is figuratively riding the white horse with judgments against the religious institutions. That will also be the message for the 3 1/2 years of the tribulation, namely, once the religions fall the message will be that Jesus has finally taken the throne in heaven and the Kingdom will remove the governments at the end of that 3 1/2 year time period.

The message has never changed. Until the Kingdom comes at the end of the 3 1/2 years of great tribulation, the message is the same. "Repent, the Kingdom is coming."
The Bible shows that many will repent during the 3 1/2 years of the great tribulation. It wasn't until the end of the plagues on Egypt that the people went out to the promised land. Some of the Egyptians and others who were not Hebrews went out with them, even though they didn't know a lot about Jehovah yet. It will be the same with those who survive the great tribulation. After all the plagues on religion, many will repent. Same when the plagues come on the governments. Many people won't know hardly anything about Jehovah yet but they will have the opportunity to learn later... "We will go with you people, for we have heard God is with you people" - they are included in that "great crowd out of all nations and tribes and tongues" who are redeemed because of Christ purchasing them with his own blood.

magically"scientifically" once upon a time, a long long time ago nobody did anything and then stuff happened all by itself.(And if somebody doesn't believe it when you tell them about the evolution fairy, act all huffy and condescending and just add in some fancy-sounding science vocab words and the names of some guys you heard about on the internet and add a few more millennia to the story and talk as if you know what you're talking about even though it's just make believe. Kids who make up stories do that all the time.)
The more gaps in the evolutionary timeline, the more big words you have to shove in to "splane it". You can even use a chart and a pointer stick to make it look more "scientific".
Evolution fairies are the gods of gaps.

Theory on the GB "new light" pushing back the final judgment.
by Jofi_Wofo ini know there are several threads already on this "new light", but i didn't see one that covered this particular angle.. since the gb seem to have an ulterior motive for everything they do, well beyond their publicly stated reasons, i began to wonder why they would be concerned with pushing back the closing of the window of jesus' judgement.
this is especially puzzling because the doctrine of the start of great tribulation being the final cutoff was one that the gb seemed to especially revel in for so long.
they could hang it over everyone's heads as a looming threat.

Part of the reason the GB gets so many things wrong is because they approach understanding Jehovah from a business executive type of perspective rather than from the perspective of a child.
CT Russell wasn't looking at Jehovah in the way a child looks at his father. Russell was looking at Jehovah as a means to make a profit.
It's the same with the GB. If they were approaching Jehovah like children, then they would have known a long time ago some of the basic things that they are finally figuring out now. They still are completely blind to many of the basic truths about Jehovah. Jehovah had hidden a lot of it from them because they sought to use truth as a means of personal gain.

Last September, Justice had ordered the "immediate detention" of Pedro Matías Vargas, the Jehovah's Witness of Santa Elena sentenced in 2021 to 12 years in prison for abuse and corruption of minors. In the trial, which took place in the Courts of La Paz, Vito Panza was also found responsible for that crime, but in his case the file was sent to the Juvenile Justice because at the time the events occurred he had not reached the age of majority.
The decision was adopted after the ruling of the Criminal Chamber of the Superior Court of Justice (STJ) that on Tuesday, the 12th of last month rejected a federal extraordinary appeal filed by the defenders of Vargas and Panza, Roberto Alsina and Miguel Cullen, to take the case to the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation. A court of first instance, the Criminal Cassation Chamber and the Criminal Chamber of the STJ had endorsed the decision of the guilt of both Witnesses in the abuses reported by two young people.

I'm not really into narcissist theory, I just think some people want to be worshipped, but I do agree with what you are saying as regards the GB being yucky, @NotFormer. They train their helpers to be the same way.
There were two new morning worship videos that came out today. The Joel Dellinger one wasn't too bad, only slightly vomitous. I mean, he misapplied some things (like saying the anointed will be installed when they are all sealed, which isn't true, they aren't installed until later) and a lot of blah blah blah about numbers and branch reports, a knee bend to the "faithful slave" idol - but overall, it wasn't as painful to listen to compared to the other morning worship video.
Harold Corkern has a Mr. Rogers-like presence, but then he stabs you in the stomach. The title is "Imitate God by Valuing Others and Their Work". I don't know how he can even give that talk without choking. How many humans does he ignore and shun and crush because of the antichrist disfellowshipping doctrine? What a hypocrite!
When there is a rough-edged grumpy elder who is mean to you, I think it's easier to deal with than the ones that pretend to be all super-holy and kind and gentle but then backstab or totally ignore you like you're worse than the scum on the bottom of a moldy shoe lost in the gutter. Those guys don't represent Jehovah at all. They're nasty.

Some of the mods there are worse than the JWBorg elders as regards being trigger happy to disfellowship/ban anyone who doesn't meet their expectations of the ideal human. They must be insecure or something. They didn't care if I posted stuff exposing the GB, but if I mention God in a positive way they freak. I was banned from the site for 90 days for posting the following comment (they called me a troll🤣):

Just like Jehovah took care of the Israelites day by day in the wilderness for 40 years, so He will do the same for us.
