Are Flamers & Atheists More Mature Than JW's?

this is how m.scott-peck describes the 4 basic stages of spiritual development.
personally i can relate to stage 3 quite comfortably, but if i talk to a witness who may be a very devout and religious person i often feel as though this person is dragging me back into a lower stage, generally stage 2. what do you think?.

Farkel: Dr. Peck states that a person may still be in transference from one stage to another and still retain other stages.
Must read: The Road Less Traveled and Further along the Road Less Traveled. By the way, Dr. Peck is a Christian.

Good question: Yes he did! And it just took a change of heart and action on his part. Remember, Paul’s use of disfellowshipping was toward persons who ARE fornicators, who ARE greedy, who ARE drunkards, not persons who at one time were these things.
How truly loving it would be to welcome a shunned person, trying to do good, at the Lord’s supper! Remember, we are all sinners, with a congregation of Sinners! That’s the greatness of the Christian faith! You must realize that you are a sinner to be welcomed!!!

You prove my point. The prodical son was not required to stand out in the road for a number of months to get back in!
The lost sheep was not required to stand outside the sheep fold for months to be brought back in!
The power of what Jesus was saying by way of grace and mercy is totally lost with the Jws. A typical example of the misuse of disfellowshipping.......

With respect, if they have so much “joy” in their hearts, why continue to shun? The prodical son was not shunned once he came back. The shepard who left the 99 sheep to bring back the lost sheep, was met with “rejoicing,” not with shunning once the sheep returned. The JW policy on shunning sure takes the “power” out of Jesus’ words for redemption of sinners..........

What, me worry? I would proudly inform Jehovah how many Watchtowers I placed over my lifetime (a quick check of my Publishers cards will give me this total, because we must write down all that we do for men in authority to see and approve of). I will present a list of all the people I have shunned for the sake of “Good News.” I know I will get extra points for shunning Family members! As a past elder, I will provide the names of all the families I disrupted by sticking my nose in their affairs, all for the Kingdom. I will exclaim to the heavens how I bent over and “took it,” each and every time to humbly accept every kilowatt of new light from the GB!!!
I am in baby! Look at the numbers..........

Who stated that "houses" were excluded?
Was Jesus preaching at a strangers house, found going "door to door," or was he already a guest there as a friend? Preaching in a house is not the issue. Can we make the claim that the preferred, “scripturally” accepted way is from House to House as the Jws claim? The answer is no.
Agian, Jesus was just giving instructions for lodging. Jesus was not giving “detailed instructions” on making disciples. The bottom line, there is no preferred way to make disciples.
