  JAMES WOODS is in the hospital (heart related)

  james woods has been a long time regular on this discussion group in all of its incarnations.. he had some kind of "heart-attack" and has been in dallas' emergency ward for several days.

  he also has a blood clot doctors are working to break up.. 972-261-4412 is his cell number.. he was in a talking mood yesterday afternoon.. i bet it wouldn't kill him to get some well-wishes.. james goes back a long way as an ex-jw.

  he knows where the bodies are buried :).

  after 1975, the vast majority remained as though nothing has happened.

  but some left the organization.

  however, there arose a third category who did not leave the organization, but brought a new view into their heart: jws are right in their core cause (gods kingdom as the solution to mankinds problems) but may or may not be right in their supplementary teachings, hence are not bothered about changes happening in this unimportant area..

  world news daily has a die-hard right-wing bias.

  On November 5, a man was arrested in Bavaria, in whose car found policemen arsenal. And evidence that he wanted to go to France.

  The Car was stopped on Nov. 5. on board: 8 assault rifles& ammo. 2 pistols, 2 hand grenades, 200 g of tnt. on the way to paris.

  when i first left the watchtower organization in 2008, a flood of emotions came back to me.

  betrayal, anger, resentment, deep depression from the relationships lost.

  emotions seemed to guide my viewpoint of others as well.

  Heaven only got involved in the selection process in 1919.

  Heaven "liked the idea" ca, 1918 "Millions now living will never die" better than just "you will not die".

  not dying a big attraction. one less thing to worry about; now, just concentrate on pleasing the elders to be appointed too.

  Elder On Tablet During Prayer

  during a prayer in the kh all our eyes are supposed to be closed, right?

  i've never been one to fully my eyes during prayers.

  i'll close them down, but just enough that i can still peep around at what's happening without being noticed.. there's something i've noticed a certain elder doing for the second time now.

  i remember at my teen years when i was studying with a brother that he said to me that there was no rain before the flood.

  instead there was this mist that you have.

  never before or after this have i heard something like this.

  Are Jehovah's Witnesses marriages even legit?

  i ask this because of the circumstances behind why they get married and who they get married by.

  i know people say that they are really in love, they love jehovah, etc, but are these marriages even legit.

  i've talked to older jw's sister who are now widowed, some of them say that they were trapped in a marriages.

  Lets also remember that god made a covenant with Noah to save him and his family. Nowhere was there a provision to save anyone else. In the book of Peter where it says that Noah was a preacher that's complete bunk. Also after the flood god wants Noah to sacrifice animals to him because he likes the sweet smell, so how many animals went extinct?. And last but not least god regrets killing man and even though he knows man will be evil again he says he will never kill mankind off this way, So what was the point of doing it in the first place.

  
  

  Even ~70 % of individuals in many animal species were to be killed, even though they survived the flood. and Jesus said the Great Tribulation, Armageddon will be like Noah's experience. We hope you are clean!

  Question for believers, heaven or earth?

  i just wanted to ask believers, christians, on this forum if you think the hope is heaven or earth.

  Back to the OP, torn I am a believer, as you know, and go to church. Most Protestant churches believe (tho they don't talk about it much) that people go to heaven, and sometime in the future, there is an earthly hope,
  

  Does not the Catholic credo also stipulate the brief "resurrection of the flesh" for judgement of the last day?

  Deism: wait and see, or not, but use your time on this paradise earth wisely; that is why people heading for greener fields by the millions right now into Europe. Heaven and the 70 virgins can wait.
