okay, okay, okay - i know we're not supposed to jump to conclusions.

but the odds this is a "naturally occurring event" are pretty low.

and it's just the sort of megastructure we would expect an advanced alien civilization (type 2) to build.

Well, do not underrate Comets, the one we took tourist pictures of, landed on, had molecular Oxygen, its own unearthly water and plenty of organic compounds. so: capture enough of them, and you have the start of a Dyson sieve, sphere. ps. May be it is a Dyson sphere under construction, the material is already at the right distance&velocity if these comets are orbiting so close. All comets are captives by the way. Halley has to check in very few decades.

yes my friends if you went to "witness college" you would know dinosaurs before "eden" ate tomatoes.

and in paradise snakes will give tender kisses to your ankles!!

There is a special paradise hope*** even for surfers, imagine the perfect wave (for your level). The sharks,- like the lions will eat straw, -seaweed really. should have copyrighted that original thought.

my passion for surfing (never with sharks) prompted me to sarcastically combine the wt oversight to not adress the aquatic paradis question with keeping your limbs and board save from those teeth. I mean, develop a sarcasm dedector, a sense of humour. help the lurkers

here is something that i don't get, the wtbts bangs on bout the value of life & how we shouldn't take chances with it cause it would be disrespectful to jah.

g. yeah, like parachuting/sky diving/speeding & all that.

however, they say naf all about surfing do they.

I can not believe my cure for the shark threat to surfers on this thread was taken seriously, not a spoof of the lion eat straw idea. Took on a life of it's own.

added. It occurred to me though, that if you have athlete/s foot you still experience amputation, since fungi are flora, attractive to New World Sharks ?

I am glad I taught quite a few learners to stand up the first time in impromptu lessons, on my ~ 12 footers, even 2 kids together for surprise family vacation photos.

Scripture fatigue

i wondered why i felt so fatigued over many years from hearing the same things again and again at the meetings.

even the scriptures become too familiar.

a few days ago i quickly read through all the gospels and realised i knew all the verses in detail.

having to memorise where these ideas were in the bible . chapter and verse took the life out of the enterprise, now proudly only carry a note book to meetings.

just one little thought....adam & eve ate the fruit from the tree "of the knowledge of good & evil".

so..in other words, before they ate they did not know right from wrong...hmmmm so how can you blame someone who does not know right from wrong?.

for a crime to take place in human law you must have the act - 'actus reus' - and the guilty mind or 'mens rea' as it is termed.

since they were supposed to have been made in God's image and he must have had an idea in mind about good and bad, why did they even have to eat the fruit to gain that knowledge? and why would the fruit or the result be forbidden when you need to know what is good or not to make it? And why would you need a tree of life if you were created perfect without the possibility of dying ? (for God does not die)?

So ... Russia and Nato at war? Should we be worried?

it seems unbelievable but turkey (a nato member state) shooting down a russian jet fighter on their syrian border seems to be "meh" news and no one is too bothered about it too much.. the world seems a bit upside down right now.

i don't think a lot of countries really know who the hell they are fighting and who is and isn't on their side in it all and really what is going on.. smaller incidents than this have led to major conflicts in the past but hopefully calm heads will prevail.

china shot down a us spy plane years ago and the world survived and forgot about it so things will move on i'm sure.. i'm guessing the price turkey pays for their gas supply from russia will be going up soon though.. man, that republican primary is sucking all the news attention from the room.

Russia might be in recession, but seems to have an effective military, and like Nazi Germany could prevail in any Blitz type local conflict, I would be a refugee from that situation too. The turkish story of the radar recorded flight-path, their order to turn away turn south seems credible, the missile was fired at a target that was intruding, took it's effect over different territory. shooting at soldiers coming down in parachutes? sad, but making sure they don't do it again. Heard US veterans brag about it.

not the latest, but recent pictures showing jesus walking the waves look very close to surfing, not done barefoot though, There was a story of energetic Bethelites heading east from Brooklyn to the Atlantic to catch a wave or two before breakfast., If re-assigned, now even with more freedom. ride the energy.
