i think that 80% of jws do not truly believe in what they are taught .
the vast majority stay in because of family, friends, ignorance and a lack of caring about any of the facts regarding the "truth".
many people are lazy.
An astonishing number of jws believed the "1975 is beginning of the last (1000 year sabbath, judgement, paradise) day" printing. Many believed it 120% adding fantasy fulfillments to it, leaving businesses, selling property, or the believing cynics, going on unaffordable pleasure sprees.
These days are gone! in one congregation observed, perhaps only 1% really believes, but even then, surely must harbour doubts,

well, they, the 24 (just covered in the bible readin) must be at a loss too, This comprises all the anointed, including the Apostles, the writer of Revelation and all that died up to 1918., when they pushed the "millions will never die" and "1925 ancient resurrection" speeches.
If these characters now are the heavenly helpers of the GB, they are either defective transmitters of God's real solution, or just as confused as to what to about the messed up doctrines they passed on to the current batch of overlappers.

It would have sounded nicer if Kingdom Hall and "school" would have been close together, to make the contrast clear like:

For an English speaker, the German "New Theocratic tongue" really sounds antique, stilted.

I remember one school overseer with a degree in Journalism, an accomplished TV personality. what a difference a degree makes.
Now, if local elders had degrees, that would fulfill Jesus' words about slaves being the first, for the undereducated 7 would direct, feed the educated.( the things hidden from the world)
