here are three clips from a jw talent show that took place in north little rock arkansas in the early 90's.
since jw's normally do not pursue entertainment careers, those who have talent sometimes feel a need to share their skills with fellow believers.
the brother doing the eagles classic paid the auditorium rent and organized the show.

The brother doing the Eagles classic paid the auditorium rent and organized the show. It was a great venue to showcase the results of his vocal lessons and those of his daughter who did a Trisha Yearwood song not yet available on You Tube.

Perhaps, a KM soon will provide guidelines to ban video recorders from JW Talent Shows or talent shows altogether. I sincerely hope leakygutter posts the two elderly JW sisters rendition of "I Saw The Harbor Lights". It is mind-numbing.

there is no kroger store now on east broadway in north little rock, arkansas.
it was demolished to make way for the new alltell arena.
the fifty-yard line, that black night club, is also gone and the pawn shop that was next to it.
this incomplete bit of nostalgia was so well-received that, after a couple of drinks, I thought I would re-release it. LOL!

they do need some painting, some corrections of poor workmanship by the quickbuild committee and a few other odds and ends.
then i was told they took out all the ceramic tile in the entrance and bathrooms.
Choosing, Sorry about the accidental double post. How many Third World Kingdom Halls do you think the Stanley Theater renovations could have financed? Frequently, very serviceable halls are remodeled at the whim of a circuit overseer or just "because they can." tms
