  SP, if you don't mind scary movies go see it with him! It’s a bit philosophical, too…so it’s not one of those that scares you and then bores you because there is no story.
  
  I agree Simon, it is gritty. It was directed by the same guy who directed Trainspotting (which I also loved) and his work is gritty...among other things.
  
  Billygoat, if you frighten easily stay away from this movie LOL. I screamed 3 times, and I just don’t scream in movies. I really got my money’s worth this time.

  The soundtrack is also really good. I looked for it online, put it was only available on Amazon.com in the UK. It was £10.99. How much is that in US currency?

  I like the few Spike Lee movies I have seen and, although this behavior is disturbing, it is not surprising. The best of artists are sometimes the most irrational. I stay away from information about their personal lives because it biases my opinion of their work. I don't hate Spike Lee now because people have done much worse and still been compelling artists, but frivolous lawsuits are just so...ugghhh.

  Exposing Maryland congregation's plagiarism and copyright violations

  this is a letter i just wrote to the britannica.com customer service to complain about the copyright violations in the information given to me by members of the bowie, maryland kingdom hall.

  That's the one thing holding me back. I don't want to get the person responsible for the cut-and-paste job into terrible trouble.

  Yea, that is a difficult position to be in. If a publisher did it, he/she was probably doing what (in his/her distorted perspective) he/she thought was right. In that case, it was a bad idea...but not as bad as an elder or another person of authority dispensing the information to unsuspecting publishers. If the latter was the was case, I would push the matter because a statement can be made. If a publisher did it, I'd still indicate that it was wrong but be careful not to ostracize that person. (It is nothing for a congregation to place all the blame on one person and "mark" them, if not worse.)
