Straight from the BBC, chemical weapons were used by IRAQ on civilians. Saddam did have chemical weapons and he did use them, according to the BBC

now, the war is over, the weapons were not used and of course have not been found.. how threatening could they be if they did not even use them when being invaded by a massive force (of the countries they hate)?!
perhaps, as many suspect, they didn't use them because they didn't have them?.
now we're being told that we'll have to be patient and give them time to find them.

Im sure Bush and Blaire are reading this site. FYI, the Kurds were attacked by Sadam in the 80,s by WMD, which killed a village of over 5000. This was big news in the 80,s and in the early 80,s the Isrealies bombed Iraqi Nuclear production site that was about to make a nuclear bomb. Iran was pleased cause they were in a war with Sadam that neither side could get the upper hand.
i never really did but lots of the "friends" did like one brother who felt the cold and had "his chair" by the window and was always closing the window when everyone else wanted it open.. karter..
i say no.. although the tetragrammaton appears close to 7000 times in the hebrew scriptures, the personal name of god does not.
seems to me that god made sure that both that his personal name does not appear therein and that no one would ever actually know it or learn even how to pronounce it.
he also made sure that his name (baring 3 hallelujahs in revelation) did not appear in the new testament.
One good example I read was that of a Democrat that worshiped Obama because he knew his name. So he went to the White House and knocked on the front door and announced that he knew Obama cause he used his name all the time. However, they didn't let him in because Obama didn't know him...

based from many of the doctrines the wts has come forth with since its existence as publishing house which were obviously incorrect or false and propagated doesn't make you wonder why there were so many who embraced this organization with full devotion and acceptance ?
even back in the late 1800's there was scrutinizing skepticism to what the leaders of the wts theologically taught.
millions of people since then have accepted the teachings of a really couple novice bible theologians, who brought forth many weakly supported doctrines such as and concerning that mankind was living in the end times and all of mankind should be prepared for its imminent destruction.. very view other christian based faiths from catholicism or protestantism have made these kind of outlandish doctrinal assertions and they make up an overwhelming greater amount of practicing theologians, to those who achieved a high a level of academic training in bible theory.
Well, what comes to mind is the old saying, "their,s a sucker born every minute and since 1879, there have been approx. 71,020,800 minutes give or take a million or so. Not counting those that have passed on, this would still be in the range of 8,000,000 or so that claim to be active. So this saying is quite true when applied to this group.
i don't think this has been picked up anywhere yet.
the revised nwt released in 2013 is already out of date.
the second half of psalm 51:4 now reads "therefore, you are righteous when you speak, you are right in your judgment" in the online version where the printed version reads "so that you might prove righteous when you speak, and be right in your judgment".. fairly unimportant in itself, but i wonder what else has been changed without telling anyone..
As stated in the foreword to the original English edition of the New World Translation: “We offer no paraphrase of the Scriptures. Our endeavor all through has been to give as literal a translation as possible, where the modern English idiom allows and where a literal rendition does not for any clumsiness hide the thought.” Thus, the New World Bible Translation Committee has endeavored to strike a balance between using words and phrasing that mirror the original and, at the same time, avoiding wording that reads awkwardly or hides the intended thought. As a result, the Bible can be read with ease and the reader can have full confidence that its inspired message has been transmitted faithfully.—1 Thessalonians 2:13.
