Has the rebranding worked?

it's been several years since the start of the rebranding of jehovahs witnesses.

i believe it started with the website change.

ever since then the religion has moved in a more modern direction.

Are Gods true worshippers on Earth today? If they are not JWs then who are they?

I watched this documentary and this group thinks they are god,s people, and they actually have the real Jesus. They already live in paradise, according to themselves, but if you think it, to you it is real.

Odd choice of words

why is it that when a jw gives someone a magazine, they use the word "place" instead of "give"?

as in "i placed a magazine with him".

and why do regular door-to-door jws of no special rank refer to themselves as publishers?

Rutherford purposely tried to remove from his literature any words that might be used in any other religions, and replace them with words that are unique, so it makes the cult members feel superior. Like Kingdom Hall used to replace Church. and Going to the "meeting", whereas other groups say, were going to church, or mass. Notice when outsiders say "what is your Church like", the average JW will grizzle inside, and proudly say "we call it a Kingdom Hall" in a smug manner.

Jehovah God is Real

there are many on this site that do not believe that jehovah truly exists; that he is not a real being.

but, he is as real as next breath you draw into your nostrils.. some of you say that there is no evidence that he exists.

yet, none of you can prove that he does not exits.. cofty, (you come to mind), i appreciate that you have stated, without reservation, that you do not believe that god exists.. yet, you cannot prove it.. hope in jehovah..

This video shows how religious Governing Bodies gets people at a young age and confuse them to believe that The bible god is the same as the god running their organization. Its what got you to believe that "the light is getting brighter', when is reality it is just covering up mistakes and errors by men who claim to have a special channel to the Big G. If you substitute Jehovah,s witnesses with scientology its uncanny how they are similar. Especially where Leah in the 70,s met the Scientologist in Brooklyn, just wonder if she also met the other cult...
