  when i was in the borg, i had no idea of the stories my grandparents (both wwii vets) were telling me.

  now that i've done my tour, and can relate to some the stories that these 'weirdo war vets' have told me, i'm starting to get it.

  me, i prefer bear.

  don't know if anyone has seen the latest round of people who put themselves in harm's way to educate people as to what to do in a survival situation.

  i like bear (even though he has a filmcrew,) because i think it's more realistic.

  i know there should be two different topics, but as i was posting, i was surfing on yahoo and saw that 27 more gi's died today...it makes one think.. at any rate, i hate nancy grace.

  i've never heard her comments on people that were declared not guilty.

  for some reason, she moves on to other cases when other defendants were cleared.

  what ever happened to them?

  i'm a fan of boston bands, (aerosmith has gone too commercial for my taste) but would love to see these guys put out another one.

  i heard they got screwed over in their record deal, therefore could not continue because of the cost.

  just got diagnosed with osteoarthritis in both hips.

  i was also told that i have two bone spurs in my right hip, and an test came back positive for rheumatoid arthritis.

  (i am told by my bro that this is physically impossible, to have both osteo and rheumatoid arthritis).

  i like to occasionally make myself angry by listening to the local religious radio station in my car.

  i like to listen to religious propoganda and refute it in my mind, get mad, and smoke a cigarette.

  a different type of self-abuse, as it were.

  a question for muslims and islamic apologists:.

  if muslims believe that jewish and christian prophets were legitimate (although minor in comparison to mohamed) then what do muslims say in response to revelation 22: 19?.

  "anyone adding or taking away...will suffer plagues...".
